Good location within easy 15 mins walk of the walled part of St Malo
It’s not a separate bedroom, it’s open plan, a huge dog or human faeces right outside the door, enough to make you vomit whilst coming and going from apartment, and the smell definitely carried into the apartment. WiFi didn’t appear until you rebooted the router.
Real shame about the faeces smell as otherwise the apartment was clean and well presented.

Easy accommodation. Very good location next to the old town. The apartment has everything you need for cooking, laundry, coffee. There were also sweets as a compliment from the owner.
To avoid the smell of channel and moisture there are many air fresheners.

The apartment is equipped with everything you need, two TVs, very clean and well laid out with good taste. I will be back for sure next comings to St.Malo.

It had everything I needed from comfy bed to coffee maker, clothes washer to hair dryer, area heater to extra blanket. Very thoughtfully put together. Location near transit hub was also a big plus.
The front door is right on the sidewalk so you will hear conversations and traffic going by but location is worth it.

Easy check-in. Parking was fine right in front of the door. Room was a very efficient use of space but comfortable. Magnificent old town with huge walls and lots of history. Lots of places to eat in the old town and along the seafront. Near train station if your are arriving by train.
Very little space for luggage while we were there. We walked to the old city which was about 30 minutes walk away, so was a bit of a hike but manageable. Very little choice of restaurant nearby for dinner (although the pizza place near the train station was good with very friendly service and live music one night a highlight of our trip).

dramatically dirty: most of the apartment has not been cleaned in years. blinds can not be opened, so only light comes from frontal door. when you open the couch the centre table has to be moved to the side blocking the entrance. no space to move without avoiding furniture, so definetely not for 4 people.
no toilet paper!!! spiderwebs in every lightbulb…
see photos for your reference, but 100€ for a night in a place with mould and hairs in the shower…

The bed was comfortable
The photos and the reality are totally different. This is because the roller shutters don't work and are locked in the down position. It seems to have been like this for a long time. The light airy apartment you expect is in fact dark and dingy with the only light coming from the front door. Ventilation is a major problem for the same reason.
The sewage smell still greets you as you open the door.
The flooring is feeling apart.
No toilet paper is provided.
There are numerous hand written notes, which look as though they have been there a long time - one which I believe says that the shutters don't work.
The breakfast bar is not properly secured.
These problems have been highlighted for some time but nothing has been done to rectify the issues.
You should not be marketing this apartment as it is not as described or as shown in the photos.

The apartment needs a lot of maintainance. Also, all the notes by the host were in French. Not so welcoming and practical for foreign traveller's. Also, you could hear the footsteps from upstairs.

Lovely little apartment, smart modern contemporary feel. Very clean and tidy throughout. Great easy to find location and ideal for the ferry. Well equipped kitchen. Comfortable bed. Off road parking was easy.

Nous sommes très déçus du logement que nous avons réservé. Voici une liste non exhaustive des choses que nous avons observées :
- logement très humide. Le propriétaire a installé un déshumidificateur qui ne suffit clairement pas, c'est désagréable et ça sent mauvais en permanence
- ce n'est pas très propre pour ne pas dire sale à certains endroits
- il n'y a pas assez de taies d'oreiller pour tout le monde
- les volets/stores sont fonctionnels sur l'annonce mais pas en réalité, ils sont cassés et bloqués
- certains draps sont déchirés
- la robinetterie de la douche (pommeaux) est rouillée
- les meubles apparaissant sur l'annonce ne sont pas tous présents (table basse)
- ...
C'est un très mauvais rapport qualité/prix.

Studio bien agencé, literie confortable, cuisine moderne.
Propriétaire joignable et réactif (mais nous n'avons pas signalé tous les problèmes, impossibles à résoudre durant notre location de 2 nuits).
Plutôt bien situé, à 20 minutes à pied de l'intra-muros de Saint-Malo et proche de la gare.
Possibilité de se garer devant dans la contre-allée, gratuitement (il faut juste trouver une place).
- Des relents forts et tenaces d'égouts nous ont accueillis à l'arrivée et ont persisté les 2 jours. Difficile d'aérer lors de nos absences puisque c'est en rdc, sur la rue.
- Propreté douteuse de la cuisine et de la vaisselle (tout très gras ou avec des traces qui obligeaient à nettoyer avant d'utiliser).
- Douche bouchée par un amas de cheveux (que nous avons du enlever).
- Ces 2 derniers points sont peut-être du fait de locataires précédents indélicats mais nécessiteraient une vérification d'usage avant l'arrivée des suivants.

Dålig skötsel utvändigt, mkt ogräs. Ingen skylt, svårt att hitta. Fanns inget toalettpapper när vi kom in i lägenheten. Inte så välstädat i kök å vardagsrum.

L'emplacement a côté de intramuros (2km). Les échanges avec le propriétaire (disponible et répondant à nos questions)
Odeur très désagréable d'égout, masque avec un désodorisant qui monte à la tête.
Travaux à prévoir pour améliorer le confort (odeur, volet roulants qui ne fonctionnement pas, finitions dans le logement à revoir, plaque à changer ...) ce n'est pas grand chose mais ça améliorerait le tout.
De plus, on entend tout ce qui se passe dans la rue la nuit.
