The property was ideal for us, the pool was extremely handy in the hot weather. We enjoyed the addition of the outdoor kitchen facilities by the pool. We had a hire car, which made travel, to and from, the accommodation easy and we would recommend this to anyone wanting to see more of Dubrovnik during their stay.
There was nothing not to like. Exactly as the described, by the host and in other reviews.

The property was very scenic, owner very friendly, the calls had everything you required and we even requested some further furniture items for my wife’s grandad to have in his room which was fully facilitated without any issues, Bozo the owner is a lovely person and even took us out for the day on his private boat which was a lovely touch even though at a cost!

Very comfortable, large beds and good size rooms.
Son enjoyed having his own apartment, wouldn’t work for some families, but was great for us.
Very clean and well maintained, very well equipped kitchen.
Lovely garden and pool was heated so able to swim in it even at the end of October.
Restaurant next to the accommodation was amazing and we were made to feel very welcome.
Communication from owner was excellent.

Not a problem for us but some families may find the fact that the garden is not overlooked by the property an issue, have to leave the accommodation and walk round the back. We hired a car and were very glad we did, Ubers were priced between €10 and €15 (cheaper than taxis) but not always available.

Communication with Bozo the host was really great. He responded very quickly, and was polite and informative at all times.
Looking at the advert on Booking.com, it would have been better to show the villa is actually two flats. One with 2 bedrooms on the top floor, one with an ensuite, a kitchen, living room and dining area; and a second flat on the ground floor with a bedroom with ensuite, and a living room area.
