About this apartment rental
The sunny apartment is tailored to the 25 m2 large balcony from which one has a magnificent view of Segendorf and the large garden. It lies to the south and has sun all day.
Both the bedroom and the living room you have access. The apartment is open plan to have all the lights and 'look'.
The cozy apartment under the red beech is located in a house from 1890, we have freshly renovated. It is out of the ordinary here building materials, "pumice", which has very good insulating properties. Together with the triple-glazed windows and doors and Biofarbe we have created a comfortable indoor climate.
The apartment is lovely to 6 people with spacious bedrooms with double bed, a double bed located in the attic and atmospherisches a comfortable sofa bed for 2 in the connecting room to the bathroom. A children's cot can be delivered.

Our close environment is "Princely" between former "to Wied 'possessions, the present Park Restaurant Nodhausen (gourmet cuisine) and the Monrepos castle (Eiszeitmuseum from 1914) with the Hahnhof (cozy, rustic forest inn).
Segendorf even one of Neuwied, on the east side of the Rhine, and bordered to the north Altwied.
We are 10 minutes walk from the Limes hiking trail and Rheinsteig, 3km wheel of early Wiedtal away
Anyone looking for close to nature and relaxation, then come here.
In the 'Deichwelle' itself offers a world-class water park and spa. In addition, visitors will find the ice rink Neuwied, which is open from September to April. Neuwied also boasts with the largest zoo in RLP.
In a few minutes you are in Koblenz and the romantic Middle Rhine and from there on the Mosel or Cologne in Bad Breisig or the cozy wine village Leutesdorf.
