Nice location,easy access to stores,restaurants,bars.Nice garden on the front of the premises,being behind the building.Quite calm area.Nice owners even they didn't speak a word of english.

There are no two bedrooms.Is just a bedroom and the end of the corridor has been cut to create a 'bedroom'. No door on it,and the most problematic issue was the bathroom door (that was supposed to be at the end of the corridor was in the middle of the 'second bedroom'; I don't know if Booking has an definition for 'room' but if you don't go and check the plans careffully, it gives you the impression having two bedrooms- this is just a sleeping area. Something else disturbing me was that there are two parking places,but in front of the parking was a tree,and beside the tree, most of the time a neighbour. So getting out of the parking place was not an easy thing,when another car was parked beside yours (on the second parking place) and the neighbour was parked beside the tree - not the fault of the owner;but anyway keep that on mind.

Die Gastgeber waren sehr nett. Die Lage der Ferienwohnung ist gut, weil man schnell am Rhein oder an der Mosel ist. Bis Koblenz ist es auch nicht sehr weit, auch der Laacher See mit der Abtei Maria Laach ist in weniger als 15 Minuten zu erreichen. Die Ferienwohnung war groß und schön war der Zugang zum Garten.

Das Schlafzimmer für die Kinder war ein dunkles Durchgangszimmer. Unsere große Tochter hat dann lieber auf dem Sofa im Wohnzimmer geschlafen, darum ist die Ferienwohnung vielleicht besser geeignet für eine Familie mit einem kleineren Kind, das problemlos in dem recht großen Elternschlafzimmer im Kinderbett schlafen kann.
