La limpieza, la posibilidad de parking, la atención excelente de Gerardo. Ya conocíamos el apartamento, hemos repetido y volveremos si hacemos una nueva visita a la ciudad.

The apartment is really as advertised plus more. For instance, nice to find more than enough shower gel and shampoo, even detergent and fabric conditioner for the washing machine, complete collection of plates/glasses/utensils, extra trash bags, broom, ironing board etc. etc. Overcomplete stocked and facilitated. Spacious apartment with the dining table, little kitchen breakfast table, living area with couch (sofa bed) and extra comfy chair, bathroom with bath tub and the bedroom with comfortable bed and large closet. Perfect location, short walk to the train/metro/bus/city center, literally right next to a big shopping mall and restaurant/shops everywhere in the neighborhood. I came in with the train from the airport and it's just a few minutes walking from the train station(s) to get there. I rented a bicycle during my stay and was allowed to store it for free in the parking garage, really convenient. Very friendly and helpful owner too.

Gerardo was very friendly and caring. Everything which one needs can be found at his apartment. Kitchen had all the appliances and was immaculate. The apartment is in the center of Malaga and everything is at a reachable distance. For Beach Malagueta, Just get a Bus No. 4 from the opposite side of apartment. Very nice restaurants and Gerardo has recomendations for food places written in a file in different languages (which was impressive).

Everything was very good, nothing that we did not like.

The apartment is absolutely wonderful, our stay was good , the apartment is clean and very well located, the building is great , contains elevators , a garden .. it’s also have security by the main door . Gerardo is the one who assisted us , he is super kind , answers all the questions and very helpful , he always make sure that we have everything . Also in the apartment you can find all what you need like towels , soap etc .. in the kitchen as well there is everything, coffee , milk , some snack . I would like to Thank Gerardo for the very good service , and i really recommend booking the apartment as i will definitely come back to it whenever i go back to malaga
