Location was fantastic. It was 15mins walk to the old town, next to a big mall and good bus transit stops
Some of the fixtures needed to be replaced such as towel hanger in the bathroom which was falling off. This is very very minor though.

Great location for public transport, but the neighborhood felt a bit unsafe at night with homeless people sleeping near the entrance. It was also quite noisy in the evenings since the apartment is on ground floor. Lack of natural light because, to have any privacy, we had to keep curtains closed because there is only one window that looks directly onto the walkway.
The apartment had everything we needed. It was clean and tidy, which was very important since we traveled with two small kids. Cleanliness was perfect and main highlight of this apartment.
Communication with the staff was fine. Check-in was easy with clear instructions. Check-out could have been a bit later.
