Absolutely Not Recommended! No daylight in the apartment – it feels like a bunker. No parking available. The staff speak very little English, making communication difficult. Definitely not worth it. This is pure fraud: they sell you something completely different from what you get, and then demand a €250 deposit afterwards – a total scam. Absolutely not recommended!

A nice and clean room.

The layout is nice. The room is comfortabel. Enough light from 2 windows. As I can look outside while I’m cooking.

Not enough hungers in the bathroom. The towels are too big. Three toiletpapier for 6 nights is not enough. Five coffee pads for 6 nights (2 peoples) is not enough too, as we cannot find any store to buy it. (We don’t drink instant coffee). Need more information to get to the property. More information with photos of the area is needed.

Great value for money for mid-long stay

It is separate room/flat with entrance from outside on ground floor. Very clean and fresh, everything you need to stay is there. Good location - near bus and train station, shopping malls. Easy to check in and out any time. Value for money is great.

Only one window which is out to the street, so no chance to open it to allow daylight to come in. Difficult to stay long without light inside. Though enough of lamps so it is ok.

I have back problems and found the beds very hard, only window at front so unit quite dark, we felt like we had to keep the shutter closed as door opened up to street, coffee pod machine temperamental (but nice of them to leave us some pods)

It's a wonderful apartment in a great location

The host Mari Paz stayed in touch from the time of the booking. She looks after her guests so well. Everything you could possibly need is in the apartment. It is a home from home. It is the best fitted apartment I have ever been in. The location is excellent. You are very close to the train station, so you can easily get to Torremolilos and Fuengirola. The train station has many beautiful clothes, shops, hair dressers, coffee, and wonderful handmade sweets. An Information desk where you can buy open top bus tour tickets!! Malaga is wonderful.

It would have been good to have twé separate bedrooms with a single bed in each

Exceptional

In one word: AMAZING! I would recommend this apartment to anyone. It was lovely. It has everything that a person needs. Everything was super clean, tidy, and peaceful. You don’t have to worry about the noise, nosey neighbors. You have perfect privacy. Just respect the house rules :) Neighbors are silent, and it was silent during the day and night. The apartment has air conditioning and a ventilator. It was always nice and the temperature was pleasant. The kitchen has a small refrigerator with a freezer, microwave, Dolce Gusto (Bosh) coffee machine, electric kettle, electric stove, and it had coffee, tea, sugar, sweetener etc. The kitchen was super equipped with cooking and kitchen utensils and complete kitchenware. The kitchen was my favorite corner of this sweet apartment. The bathroom was super clean and had a washing machine, non-stop warm water, a hairdryer (no need to take your own), and liquid soap. My favorite part of the bathroom was a super cosy and spacious bathtub. No need to take your own towels since there are enough clean towels in the bathroom and in the closet. The bedroom was super comfy. In the closet, there is an iron board and an iron so you can iron your creased clothes from the suitcase. There’s a big screen TV and a few chairs around the table. The town bus station and the Maria Zambrano Bust station and the Train station are less than a 10-minute walk, and Larios shopping mall, pharmacy, fruit shop, and the small local shop are just 30 seconds away from the apartment. I walked to the Alameda Principal station from the apartment. It took me by light walk approximately 20 minutes. You can take bus 4 or 19 from the 5-minute walk bus station. In general… My warm recommendation. The host was polite and nice. There wasn’t any trouble with communication or anything else. To sum it all up. You’ll enjoy this apartment. I’m attaching a few photos of the apartment I took just before I went to the airport.

Good value stay but perhaps not ideal for accessing tourist attractions

Good facilities to stay a few nights and we cooked a few meals for ourselves, as good supermarkets nearby Washing machine was a bonus. Furniture was reasonable and quite practical Slept well, was quieter than we expected Close to train station

As a ground floor we did not feel we could open the only window at the front so there is limited natural light and airflow. The aircon and lighting was food but we prefer an open window. For cooking there is only one very small sharp knife and we could not find a plug for the kitchen sink.

It was a positive experience overall. It is ideal for 2 travellers.

Perfect location in terms of access to main train and bus stations. There is also a Lidl in the area, where you can buy everything needed. The host was communicative and accommodating, too. Very friendly and reliable.

Although we enjoyed our stay there, improvements could be made. Having more kitchenware (plates, bowls, pots, etc), a toaster and basic things like salt and pepper would be useful. A bigger drying rack for clothes would also be nice. The apartment has poor ventilation since there is only a window in the kitchen next to the front door; there is no way to create a draft for fresh air, which was an issue for me. The only way we could get a bit of fresh air in the apartment was by opening the front door early morning and late evening after arriving home. We always stood guard by the front door when it was open for better ventilation since everything was on display for passersby and there were some questionable people in the area. We never ever spent time walking around in the area after nightfall. It also has very little natural light, making it quite dark. It did get pretty noisy at times, especially in the evening and at night. However, earplugs can solve the issue of noise very easily. Despite some negative aspects, we still enjoyed our stay and recommend it to others as their base to explore all the beauty Andalusia has to offer.

Very good option in the centre of Malaga.

We were happy with our stay. The communication with the owner worked perfectly and the check in was smooth. The kitchen is well- equipped so that one can cook during the stay. The whole apartment is very clean and practical, there´s wardrobe, sofa, TVs, kitchen table and chairs and not much of unnecessary decoration which we usually don´t like.

The bed was too soft for me (there was nothing wrong about it, just isn´t for ppl with a back prblm).

Perfect location for exploring the surroundings of Malaga

The equipment of the apartment was great, a washing machine and a kitchen. The bed was one of the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in. The location is perfect if you want to be near the bus or train station. But even the city centre is within walking distance. The communication with the host is incredibly easy and friendly.

The cleanliness of the place was ok but in the kitchen there were some options for improvement.
