It’s location and ease of entry
It was a converted attic space and was very hot if the aircon was not on at all times. It had no window but an openable skylight to view the river.

The price and the location.
Power off 2 times in the mid night, but it's beyond the host control.

The view. Closeness to beach.
There was no pre-advice on amenities and we had to ask for typed rather than hand written information using Continental numbers.
It was set up for an away weekend and lacked practical amenities. Despite saying there was no operating light, we had 3 nights without adequate light.
It even ran out of hot water on a cold day.
Agent did not provide useful information for people who had traveled from the antipodes of Portugal, and lacked international experience. Stay off the back streets as they are NOT designed for cars. A bus timetable would have been useful.
