Convenient location.
Our room was more like a garret, with a slanted ceiling low enough that my husband kept bumping his head. there was no chair in the room and the only window was a skylight.

It’s location and ease of entry
It was a converted attic space and was very hot if the aircon was not on at all times. It had no window but an openable skylight to view the river.

The price and the location.
Power off 2 times in the mid night, but it's beyond the host control.

The room was very clean, bedding was nice and comfortable.
Entry to the building was easy.
The pictures were pretty misleading. Almost all photos are carefully curated from the common area. The images for the room showed somewhere to sit, which I was a selling point to me so that I could work during my stay. The room happened to be much smaller, which no sitting area and no window besides the skylight.
