Nice apartment! The apartment has everything you need. The location is excellent. I would especially like to emphasize the very important underground parking space, where you can park two cars. The owner of the apartment, Mario, is a very good person. In the future, I will recommend this apartment to my friends and acquaintances.

We really recommend staying in this apartment. The owner was extremely helpful and adjusting to our needs. Check in was really fast and we could immediately enjoy the stay. The apartment looked exactly like in the pictures & was very clean. The swimming pool was also a huge advantage, as well as closeness of the sea. Great car connection to the center of Malaga and main beach there. Parking lot made it very easy for us to commute. This is a perfect place to stay!

Everything about the apartment & location was excellent. Very relaxing break & lovely clean apartment with all the amenities you could wish for internally & close by for shops, beach etc. Mario was an excellent host who was close by on hand if required, but did not need to contact as everything was great.

Our home from Costa Del Sol

Beach and Golf Apartment is an amazing apartment to choose for your stay in Costa del Sol - Benalmadena Area. First i will talk about the owner with which we had a very good communication that started before our trip and helped us with all the necessary details and answered to all our questions. Also along our stay the good level of communication maintained. The apartment is situated in a residential complex that is very nice, quiet with very nice people that live there. Also because you stay at this apartment, you have access to 2 common pools that are very nice. The apartment is positioned in a hilly area but very close to everything, a few minutes walk to the closest stores, beaches and restaurants. Even though we had a car, there were days when we walked through the very nice neighborhood of Torrequebrada everything being situated in a few minutes. Also because we have rented a car, we had an underground parking spot, which was a very good asset for us. With a car, the access to the main Highway that takes you everywhere (Malaga, Marbella, Gibraltar and so on) takes 7 minutes. The apartment is very nice, modern, good quality furniture, very clean and very well organized. 2 bedrooms, 1 spacious living room with dining area, 2 bathrooms, 1 balcony with a view to the sea and pools and a very good equipped kitchen. We were 4 adults and 1 baby and for us was perfect. What can i say more? We had a wonderful family vacation in Costa Del Sol, this apartment was part of it, and for sure we will choose again this one when we will come back or recommend it to our friends that will want to visit this area.

Llegué al lugar sin problema alguno siguiendo las indicaciones del GPS, me confundió un poco porque el nombre de la urbanización no coincide con el que tiene en Booking pero llamé al anfitrión y me confirmó que estaba en el lugar correcto, quedé con él y me entregó las llaves en mano. El apartamento muy bonito y limpio. Tuve un problema con el mando de entrada a la urbanización y al garaje porque no me abría pero les envié un whatsapp y me enviaron otro. La zona excepcional y muy tranquila.

No tengo nada que reseñar, estuvo muy bien todo.

Días de verano en pareja

La comodidad, el tamaño del apartamento. El balcón es un plus. Sentarte a desayunar, comer o cenar allí es lo mejor. La cocina tiene todo lo necesario para pasar una excelente estancia, el aire acondicionado funciona muy bien. Tiene artículos de aseo. La piscina es súper tranquila, la disfrutamos dos días para nosotros dos solos. El garaje es práctico, la urbanización muy bonita. A 7' andando tienes la playa y todo el paseo marítimo lleno de tiendas, restaurante y terrazas. Tal cual se ve en las fotos. La limpieza un 10/10.

En si para moverte para ir a la playa o supermercado, necesitas el coche. La vuelta al apartamento tiene una cuesta no apta para personas minusválidas o con problemas para andar. Y el colchón es blando. Echamos en falta algun paño en la cocina . Tienes que secar la vajilla con papel de cocina.
