Nähe zur Altstadt, gute Parkplätze, ruhige Lage, gute Ausstattung, großzügiges Appartement, sehr zuvorkommender Vermieter, toller Blick auf Meer und Stadt, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten um die Ecke, zwei separate Bäder, Küche komfortabel ausgestattet.
Badefenster lässt sich nicht öffnen. Stöpsel im Waschbecken des kleinen Badezimmers lässt sich nicht öffnen, dadurch kann Waschbecken nicht benutzt werden. Etwas in die Jahre gekommene Ausstattung. Bild von Terrasse ist wohl auf dem nicht zugänglichen Hochhausdach aufgenommen, kein Balkon.

Komfortowy apartament z dwoma łazienkami, kuchnia w pełni wyposażona, suszarka na pranie, pralka, zmywarka, plus za parking na wynajęte auto. Do zejścia do centrum Funchal jakieś 1500 kroków, wszystko w zasięgu apartamentu. Nic tylko korzystać i zwiedzać Maderę 👌👏😍 polecamy jak najbardziej

Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und für 5 Leute optimal großzügig. Die große Panoramasicht aus dem Wohnbereich auf Funchal und auf den Atlantik ist fantastisch. Daumen hoch für die kostenfreien Parkplätze und die top Lage.
Nicht gut ist, dass das große Bad kein zu öffnendes Fenster oder Lüftung hat, dass es nicht genug Handtuchhalter gibt und das einiges in dem kleinen Bad und in der Küche reparaturbedürftig ist.
