The location is absolutely perfect for the centre of Funchal with its range of cafes, restaurants & shops. Very close to the Se Catedral and the beautiful Jardim Municipal do Funchal. It is a spacious apartment with a large outdoor space which is an absolute bonus in the centre. There is a simple but sufficient amount of kitchen and dining essentials.

Great location, close to everywhere.
The apartment was spacious and well-equipped.
The hot water ran out every day even though there were only two of us in the apartment.
There was a very unpleasant smell in the stairwell.

Location was top notch, can't get more central in the city. Lots of space in the apartment with a cozy balcony.
There were ants on the balcony, living room and kitchen. Bathroom door handle laid broken on the fridge when I arrived, meaning if the door closed it wouldn't be able to be opened. The shower head hung from its tube since there wasn't anywhere in the cabin to hang it meaning I had to hold the shower head each time I used the shower. The cabin doors didn't close so water went everywhere.
