Very nice comfy, spacious apartment in the center of the city. we enjoyed a lot the balconies and the peaceful atmosphere.
The 250€ of caution is a bit too much as I have not seen anything real valuable in the apartment. except of course the huge piece of amethyst at the entrance of the building but it would be hard to smuggle out of the island anyway... ;)

Toll ist der Lift bzgl. Koffer
Die Sauberkeit im Treppenhaus ist sehr gut. Die Waschmaschine ist ein PLUS
Sauberkeit im Bad:
Schimmeln in der Dusche und verschmutze Bodenfliesenfugen deuten auf umgenügende Aufmarksamkeit bei der Reinigung hin.
Küchenausstattung ist etwas spartanisch.
U.a.fehlt ein Sieb.
Keine Möglichkeit der Heizung. Im Januar war es etwas kühl in den Räumen.
Die Wohnung befindet sich an einer stark befahrenen und lauten Einbahnstraße, was ausgerechnet die Schlafzimmerseite sehr mit Lärm belastet.

Great location right in the center with possibility to book a parking spot in a location nearby for a reasonable price.
Super kind staff. The apartment is great - it has all you may need, nice balcony, big and comfy bed, everything was perfectly clean.
A little bit pricy but still good enough value for money considering alternatives.
