Ha superado expectativas. Muy céntrico y perfecto para moverte desde Funchal. Aunque parking sea estrecho es un lujo tenerlo en pleno centro. Limpio y reformado y con muchos detalles que se agradecen.

Viskas buvo tikrai puiku. Vieta nuostabi, turėjome parkingą, buvo pakankamai švaru, labai daug erdvės. Kondicioneriai buvo keliuose kambariuose, tas tikrai gelbėjo. Visos priemonės, ko reikia ilgai ar trumpai kelionei, taip pat buvo bute. Rekomenduoju šį būstą.
Sudėtingas parkingas, todėl reiktų įsivertinti automobilio dydį. Neveikia liftas - nėra problema, bet butas paskutiniame aukšte. Buvo kažkiek triukšmo už langų, bet tai itin netrukdė.

Ne-a plăcut absolut tot! Apartamentul a fost impecabil de curat, foarte confortabil și dotat cu tot ce am avut nevoie. Locația este excelentă, într-o zonă liniștită, dar foarte aproape de port și de principalele atracții. Recomandăm această proprietate din toată inima!

Położony w samym centrum Funchal, więc wszędzie blisko. Duży i dobrze wyposażony. Okna w sypialni dobrze wygłuszone. Blisko sklepy, restauracje i bary.
Dość ciężko wjechać na miejsce parkingowe, raczej nie dla dużych aut. No ale jest to darmowe miejsce parkingowe w samym centrum.
