There isn’t anything to dislike about this property. The location is ideal, a few minute walk to old town in Funchal and the supermarket/plaza is directly below so you can access anything you need throughout the stay. The room was spacious and has ample room for two people for a weeks stay. The parking was an added bonus as we rented a car for the duration of our stay (it was a little difficult to find). The balcony was a nice touch and the apartment had all the cooking equipment required for a weeks stays.

Minor issues which we encountered were finding the parking. GPS coordinates were provided except they simply took you to the middle of the building. The parking is the same as the ‘vine hotel’ signposted for any future guests. Once found, it was easy to use. Only other small downsides were the soap/shampoo provided were empty and only two toilet rolls for a weeks stays but this was not an issue as a supermarket was below. The curtains are also not blackout so bring an eye mask if you require.

Great location, private garage, many equipments in the kitchen, large rooms - would recomend this to everybody, especially to those who want to prepare some dishes by their own.
