Ontbijt is niet van toepassing. Het ligt op loopafstand van het centrum. Madeira is een prachtig eiland als je van wandelen en mooie natuur houd.
Zeer veel verkeerslawaai tot diep in de nacht, het beschreven uitzicht klopt niet helemaal. Je moet vier trappen omhoog, er is geen lift en geen airco. Er is één slaapbankje en verder geen wat makkelijker stoel om op te zitten. Er zijn 2 houten keukenstoeltjes en vier houten krukjes. Een heel klein balkonnetje waar je met een krukje met twee personen net op kunt zitten.
