We loved our stay at Windy Waves. It was the perfect conclusion to travelling the country for three months: great bungalow right on the beach with comfy outdoor seating, very nice restaurant, staff was friendly and attentive.

While our bungalow, number 20, had the best view and was closest to the beach, it was also close to some local life. This meant loud voices when they went our fishing early in the morning or in the evening. We rise early and did not mind. But it also took some taking used to when you were standing in the open-air shower. The open-air bathroom is beautiful, but when it rains heavily a bathroom visit or brushing your teeth is not ideal - the roof covering toilet and sink should be enlarged a bit. And finally, access to the bed is very narrow from one side. All these things were minor inconveniences and did not mar our overall positive impression.

Loved our stay! The staff are wonderful. It’s a peaceful, lovely environment that feels like you’re in nature. Great food. So relaxing hanging out at the beach restaurant all day. We did a dolphin watching trip which was just incredible!

The bathroom is outdoors which wasn’t a problem but the shower was a hose pipe with just a trickle of tepid water coming out.

I appreciated the peaceful location and the resort's eco-friendly design. The clean, open bathrooms with trees inside were a unique touch, and the private beach was exceptionally clean and uncrowded.

Our room was too hot due to poor ventilation; the lack of windows or vents prevented the cool outside air from circulating inside. The parking space was very narrow and limited to 3 or 4 vehicles. Must put an automatic water pump switch, because when there is no water, we have to call the staff.
