The hostel is well equipped. There is drinking water provided and they have bicycles too.
The beds come with (much appreciated) mosquito netting. The owners went out of their way to help me. The beds are very comfy.
The place is very clean and well set-up. It is also really the only budget option in the area.

The Kalpitiya Guest House was a great choice for me and my wife. We booked a non-AC room, but it was still very comfortable and cool. The room had an attached bathroom and a fan. The guest house had a common kitchen where you can cook your own meals. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and they arrange a kayaking for us with really affordable price. The guest house was located near the beach and the lagoon, and it had a beautiful garden with a hammock swing. It was a very relaxing and enjoyable stay, and the price was very affordable. There are other facilities such as bicycle, bike.I would definitely recommend this guest house to anyone visiting Kalpitiya.

A nice quite get away, only 200m from the lagoon. Amazing family who owns and maintains the place. Very helpful with everything you need!
You can rent a scooter, bicycle and kayak. All the fun activities you need!
The bed was comfy and i got no mosquitobites thanks to the net!
Mobile signal is a bit weak over here and the’s not WiFi. Just something that’s nice to know. You can see this as a retreat!
