We had a lovely stay, the rooms are spacious , clean and confortable , the air cond works well, the location is great and quiet.
The owner is absolutely lovely, and gave us lots of tips for trip . We definitely recommend it .

Nimal ji was a great host ... his breakfast (paid for it as it was not included in the regular booking though) menu was ultimate with good mix of bread and fruits. His tips and inputs came very handy while planning my trip in and around Anuradhapura. In many aspects, my stay was pleasant ... after a long tiring day, you can relax in the long verandah facing the garden in the frontside. He has good connections to make things happen, if you are looking for rental cycles or plan to go to Wilpattu.
Apart from that, there is a nice little collection of old books from which I borrowed a book to be carried back to India. Thank you very much Nimal ji for that lovely gesture!
Though not a major complaint, come prepared with mosquito repellant.
