Close enough to the airport. Ac works well. Close to a small road restaurant.

Shared bathroom and cleaning.

Ok place with simple living standards.

Perfect location for airport and in nice resi part of town. Met by Rohita and his wife, instantly welcoming and took me to AC room which was spacious, clean, comfortable, ample plugs and well presented. Picked up an injury in Marissa causing me to hobble and Rohita offered to drive me somewhere to grab something to eat which was a kind offer. Took an early (5am) transfer to the airport, was able to pay in some loose dollars (room paid in Sri Lankan) and was greeted with breakfast and took no time at all; left 30 mins and was comfortable. Stayed in some other homestays on another visit and this was the one I returned to. Rohita and wife were excellent accomodating hosts throughout. For an added bonus found the best Kottu I've eaten in Sri Lanka around 10 mins walk away. Come out HoS, turn left to get on main (relatively) road - keep heading down a couple of blocks (keep going you'll see it) till you get to a crossroads with a small green building on the corner, right hand side, with a small kitchen. 200 rupees, nicer than every other Kottu I had (usually costing 500 up) - ate there twice! Can tuk tuk into Negombo if desired but found the food I wanted nearby. If you want a comfortable nights sleep with good food next to airport, recommended!
