Lilly Palace Villa Guest House

I had a wonderful stay at this guest house, which is managed by a lovely deaf couple and their two sons. Despite communication challenges that some people might expect, they provide exceptional hospitality and make every guest feel welcome and cared for. The room was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well maintained. What impressed me the most was the bathroom, it was spotless and one of the cleanest I have seen during my travels. The attention to cleanliness throughout the property was truly outstanding. Their son, Praveen, was incredibly friendly, kind, and helpful. He went above and beyond to assist me during my stay. When I needed to catch a bus to Jaffna at midnight, he accompanied me to the bus stop and stayed with me until the bus arrived safely. His genuine care and hospitality meant a lot to me and made my experience even more memorable. The entire family is warm, respectful, and dedicated to ensuring their guests have a pleasant stay. It was inspiring to see how hard this family works together to provide such an excellent experience for their visitors. I highly recommend this guest house to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and welcoming place to stay. By choosing this place, you will not only enjoy excellent hospitality but also support a wonderful family that truly deserves recognition for their dedication and hard work. There was nothing I disliked; the property was clean, comfortable, and the hosts were wonderful.

Near the airport and easy to get around, friendly and responsive staff

It was clean, but the walls and things maybe could do with some new paint. The provided blankets were very small.

My last two days in Sri Lanka I stayed this place, it located very close to airport only 4km, also a beautiful place. Room’s comfy , the host and hostess they made great breakfasts for me , cold AC and cozy bed , I appreciate their good hospitality and kindness :)

Toilet paper not enough; Wi-Fi has connected problem .

The accommodation is conveniently located near the airport and the owners were friendly.

However, I don’t think it’s appropriate to charge extra for air conditioning. This should be included in the price, or the overall rate should be adjusted accordingly. When I filter for air conditioning, I expect it to be included in the total price.
