    Room was spacious and our room package included breakfast, lunch and dinner. Buffet selection and taste were great. We also enjoyed 4-course dinner set for one of the days. We got free airport transfer which was very useful as our flight was at midnight. We got a room with ocean view which was great, however a lot of people gathered at the beach area right in front of the hotel and they were noisy till late night. Luckily we were not light sleepers and we can sleep even with that loud noise but if you are a light sleeper may consider requesting room that is not right in front of the beach.

    We stayed here as a family on full board. The hotel and food were okay, but our first night was disappointing. Around 8:00 PM when we returned to our room, there was no electricity in the room. Staff tried to repair it, but it took around 1 hour and 30 minutes. Even after that, the TV was not working, bathroom light was only partly working, and only half of the room had power. We had to sleep in uncomfortable conditions with our child. Staff said sorry, but no solution or compensation was offered. Problems can happen anywhere, but guests should be taken care of better, especially families.

    The property is in a good location, which is a major advantage. However, the facilities were quite poor, and there were issues with the toilets that need improvement. Additionally, my booking experience was not smooth. Initially, the staff informed me that my Agoda booking was not confirmed. Only after I showed my receipt did they accept it, which was disappointing and made the experience unpleasant. Overall, there is good potential due to the location, but the service and facilities need significant improvement.
