The owner organised us transport from the airport to the hotel even though we arrived very late (around midnight). Check-in was very easy and all of the staff were very friendly! We were offered breakfast for the morning which we accepted but it was slightly expensive for what we received. Apart from that, everything else was perfect!
Breakfast option was slightly expensive in comparison to the room (breakfast for 2 of us cost as much as 1 nights stay)

This place is great for if you need a stay close to the airport. Good communication, and helped out with all our questions. The staff were so lovely and attentive, really put us in a positive spirit about travelling around Sri Lanka. They kindly made us breakfast before we left the next morning, and offered to help us book a taxi. When we’re needing an airport stay again, this is where I would go.

It is a no frills villa. Generally a good stay for the price charged. The people manning the place are very courteous, helpful and always smiling which really makes our day. Location is good and quiet and cost of tuk tuk to the town is very cheap.We had two meals there, lunch and breakfast and they were simple home prepared meals which is delicious and easy on the palate.
We were in a predicament when told that the property only accepts cash. Booking.com should state that when we booked or the proprietor should have inform me when I liaise with him on my arrival time. Luckily one of our friends brought extra USD.
