The location in Negombo Town, the warm welcome and kindness of Basil (very accommodating. he helped me send my parcel by post and he’s a genuinely kind person you can easily chat with). For the price, the rooms are great. perfect for staying a few nights and relaxing after a trip.

The staff is very friendly and the breakfast was really nice.
The location is a bit far from the beach, but we took tuk tuk and it is not such a big deal.

Great place. Quiet, comfortable, clean room. Restaurants nearby. Basil is a star - very helpful. Assisted me in booking tuktuk to airport. Early check for a small additional fee.
