Really quiet setting & spacious indoors & outside too with good outdoor seating areas Great communication from host. Well organised accommodation & well equipped Really comfy double bed Pool table ( although seen alot of life already!) Location - easy walking distance to marina area & choice of supermarkets. Half hour walk to harbour area

Not informed air conditioning unit in twin room no longer working & replaced by ceiling fan= affected sleep for those 2 people as v v warm in that room. There was some noise from building work in surrounding areas at times although was largely unintrusive. A basic info sheet in villa would be really helpful eg WiFi password, usual cleaning day, bin location (& no need to separate for recycling) etc. Didn't trust outdoor washer enough to chance using it!

The villa is in the perfect location about a 7 minute walk from the Rubicon Marina which has a vast selection of shops and restaurants. The communication from the host was excellent. The villa itself was exceptional clean - it has clearly just been painted inside so very clean and crisp. The outside area was lovely and spacious and the pool was clean and lovely and warm. It had all the amenities that we needed with lovely touches like a selection of books. Lots of shops nearby so you dont need to hire a car although recommended if you want to explore this lovely island. The private parking is an added bonus. We are already looking forward to going back.

Nothing. If I had to be really picky, the sunbed could do with updating ot having cushions to make them more comfortable.

There could have been instruction manuals for WiFi, TV, washing machine etc
