Villa Juaqui

Great location a short walk from the marina and restaurants. Lovely outside area with a choice of sun or shade. Spacious and well equipped. Easy to get into. ( we had no trouble finding the house as we knew the area but I can see that this could be a problem). It was very quiet and peaceful.

Only 4 dishwasher tablets and no spare bin liners - surely this does not cost much to provide! We needed to ask for pegs and for a change of sheets both of which were provided. Paint is crumbling from ceiling above the outside dining area and needs attention. Water pressure very low particularly for the upstairs shower. Sunbeds could do with replacing. So with a few minor improvements this could easily be a 10/10.

The most amazing location and villa, super clean and spacious. Amazing cooking facilities. Near by the beach shops and local bars restaurants

Everything flowed and worked, back yard with washing machine, through to the kitchen, living area and straight out to the pool and bbq area, we loved it! Lovely bedroom with balcony.

Good location. Five minute walk to supermarket and ten minute walk to the Marina, with its shopping and restaurants. Villa itself was fine , very comfortable.

Directions to the villa were extremely poor and out of date. 1 Could not locate the villa after being dropped off by the taxi as per the instructions provided by the host. First impressions are important and in this respect, the host let us down. The directions provided were really difficult to understand and follow, and need updating. Much easier to have said " taxi to Cordial Marina Blanca hotel. Facing the hotel go right heading towards the Rubicon centre - well signposted - and at the turning circle at the end of the road , go right and follow the house numbers. Villa is at the top of the road." 2 Poor communication beforehand with two unanswered emails . 3 Also wifi information provided by the host in his email was incorrect and led to a lot of initial frustration. 4 The poolside area was covered in broken plaster from a crack in the ceiling above and should have, at least been cleared away for our arrival
