Villa Juaqui

Well equipped, clean and spacious. Close to the marina and supermarkets

Nothing negative to say about this property

The location was amazing, so close the marina and shops. Having your own parking spot allocated right outside the villa as well rather than road side parking. Having your own private pool was lovely aswell

The villa could have done with some BBQ equipment and very much needed air-conditioning. When we've stayed in previous villas we've had at least some bin liners left and more than 1 toilet roll and hand wash for the upstairs bathroom left so that was a bit annoying that we had to buy things like hand soap and bin liners. Could have done with some new sun loungers as they were a little uncomfortable and tired looking.

Villa was very nice we enjoyed our time and great location

No air con!!! The ceiling fan was very noisy so could not use it at night and it was just to hot and stuffy in the villa and to be honest I would not have booked it if I knew it didn't have it, i thought it had aircon

Good location. Five minute walk to supermarket and ten minute walk to the Marina, with its shopping and restaurants. Villa itself was fine , very comfortable.

Directions to the villa were extremely poor and out of date. 1 Could not locate the villa after being dropped off by the taxi as per the instructions provided by the host. First impressions are important and in this respect, the host let us down. The directions provided were really difficult to understand and follow, and need updating. Much easier to have said " taxi to Cordial Marina Blanca hotel. Facing the hotel go right heading towards the Rubicon centre - well signposted - and at the turning circle at the end of the road , go right and follow the house numbers. Villa is at the top of the road." 2 Poor communication beforehand with two unanswered emails . 3 Also wifi information provided by the host in his email was incorrect and led to a lot of initial frustration. 4 The poolside area was covered in broken plaster from a crack in the ceiling above and should have, at least been cleared away for our arrival
