2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartments with private terrace
Welcome to Residencial El Puerto, a very well presented small apartment block located just 5 minutes walk from the exclusive Marina Rubicon.
Each apartment has a comfortable lounge area with sofa, flat screen TV Limited selection of channels and wifi included in the price. There is a full kitchen with 4 ring hob, oven, fridge/freezer and microwave and there is access to a washing machine in the Solana.
There are 2 bedrooms, the master having a double bed and a further TV, Limited selection of channels, the second bedroom has twin beds. There is a family bathroom with shower cubicle. Each apartment has either a small private patio or balcony ideal for an al fresco breakfast !
The communal areas are very well maintained with well established gardens which includes local fruit trees which you are welcome to help yourself to. There is a communal solar heated pool with plenty of sunbeds ideal to relax on and enjoy the beautiful Lanzarote days.
These are non smoking apartments, smoking is allowed on the terrace/patios.

Great accommodation and location would definitely revisit. The only downside is that it is listed as a heated pool (solar heated) but the pool cover was broken so didnt keep in any of the heat meaning the pool was cold. We did visit in april hence why we were looking for a heated pool but was barable once in. Wouldnt put us off coming backwe loved it
