Clean, well equipped and comfortable villa. The heated pool was ideal. Located just an easy 15 minute walk to the Marina, where there are so many great places to eat and shop.
Communication with Manuel was prompt and friendly, he was very proactive in providing recommendations as well as answering any queries that arose. I would definitely recommend this as a place to stay and from which to enjoy Playa Blanca and all that Lanzarote has to offer.
Nothing really. It’s in a slightly elevated location so catches the winds a bit more, but ai quite liked that. It’s a great little villa!

Prima bungalow van alle gemakken voorzien. De ligging tov Playa Blanca is prima en lopend te doen. Met name het deel bij Marine Rubicon heeft veel leuke winkels, terrasjes en prima restaurants. Ook papagayo beach is lopend te doen.
Het huis is prima en comfortabel, goede bedden maar heeft hier en daar wel wat TLC nodig om het up to date te houden.

Excellent stay, nicely appointed villa and pool area. Very quiet at night. Great communication from Manuel and we had no problems during our stay. Walkable to the nearest supermarkets, and also into town although we did use the number 30 bus a few times.
Nothing. Just one suggestion for improvement would be to change the pool heater timer from 1030-1830 to 0830-1630.
