Deja-Vu

Stunning location, peaceful and the only noise is the sea. Amazing views from the balcony. Very comfortable bed, small kitchenette with fridge kettle and microwave if needed. Dean was the perfect hostess. Lovely breakfasts she is so kind and made recommendations for dinner as well as organising our bookings. We even borrowed her lovely dog to walk on the beach. This our second time in this accommodation we really hope to come back.

We would have liked to stay longer.

I was looking for a relaxing, romantic weekend in a sleepy town. This was not the vibe of the guesthouse which gave me flashbacks of my particularly strict schooling. We were reprimanded in the exact manner that she scolded her staff earlier in the day. I was definitely not her cup of tea so best to read up on the rules of guesthouses (something I was told) before booking this guesthouse. We were (literally) chased out off Deja-vu and before you think I was stealing the silverware or damaging her property I was late checking in because we were driving from the West Coast National Park and one hour late with my checkout.
