I’ve stayed at this hotel a few times always a good enjoyable stay but this time I was greeted with dirty bedsheets and throw with dirty marks ! I brought it to the reception attention and she moved me to a different room. Kindly just address tha issue with who ever dropped the ball . I’ll be back again as I love this hotel

We were unfortunately disappointed from the onset as we thought we’d be staying in a hotel, but instead got allocated a room outside of the hotel at the conference room side, overlooking an oil stained parking lot. The cleaning staff congregate there so we experienced noise and chatter while trying to have tranquility. The room was not adequately cleaned the next day and we were left with a dirty bathroom and bedroom floor. We didn’t even bother complaining as we just wanted to leave early the next morning. This wasn’t however possible as the shower water went ice cold mid shower and I had to wait for 30mins (with us having to follow-up for updates) before they refilled the gas, to wash off the conditioner in my hair in luke warm water. No added apology from the staff when we checked out. PS: I requested a room upgrade after we arrived to discover we were misled by the pics and the description, to be told they can’t accommodate us as they are full. The restaurant area was however pleasant and the wait staff were friendly and the food was good and well priced. I’m sure our stay would’ve been very different had we been accommodated in the hotel as we thought.
