I’ve stayed at this hotel a few times always a good enjoyable stay but this time I was greeted with dirty bedsheets and throw with dirty marks ! I brought it to the reception attention and she moved me to a different room. Kindly just address tha issue with who ever dropped the ball . I’ll be back again as I love this hotel

We stayed in new part, Rail on stairs loose and new building alterations hammering feels like the building shake desturb afternoon rest after quite a long drive, If I were aware of this I would not have booked with this place, I come there to rest and relax, this is really low class thinking and not good to geusts. Only very small dustbin in Bathroom, no dustbin in room. Water flow problem, if someone in building open tap your shower then change temperature and water slower. Relax Chair in room way too big, it block space in small room, crazy size. Parking security a huge issue, we were promised security at cars then when the car rental let me know that there were a tried forced entrance into car we found no security, reception were closed at 11Pm and a person arround there told me they have drive by security every hour, thats a joke! I had to move my car to the building front where I could see it from my window. Beautiful place and great location with huge potential but definitely will need a few drastic changes
