the breakfast was excellent, well prepared and good variety of dishes. service was excellent, staff very helpful and accommodating.
i was not prepared for the stairs as i have bad knees and thought there were lifts. will remember to always ask for ground floor in future. i tried calling reception from my room but call kept cutting out.

Great location with view from balcony, restaurant and pool stunning when looking over the bay.
Modern design and finish.
Felt as though it was a bit in midst of a makeover even though was finished 6 years ago.
We arrived and the front was all dug up as they were build new outside areas but literally walking through a building site.
Inside they were rearranging the lobby with new rugs and the furniture was all bunched up.
They assigned us the wrong room or advertised the room incorrectly with pictures showing a full balcony when we were given a tiny juilette balcony, no curtains on the window, just a net curtain and no aircon and it was a corner room with full glass windows. It took complaining to get moved to the correct room and this was only after I was challenged and told I was wrong and my room has no balcony. Luckily booking.com had pictures and it showed that was the room we paid for.
Outside pool, they decided it was a good day to creosote the decking, this left a very strong smell making it not as pleasant to sit by the pool as it should have been - as the pool was great and the setting

The location is perfect, beautiful sea view.
Unfortunately, our stay did not meet expectations. Although the sea view was beautiful, the hotel appeared somewhat run down, and the room lacked comfort and style.
