The rooms are spacious
It will be nice to have a stove and oven in the kitchenette or make it a full kitchenette. Capetown restaurants are pricey😂

The location. The basement parking 🅿️
Absolutely no design or colour to the place. Very boring looking.
No decent TV channels to watch.
No crockery to eat even my takeaway food.
Furniture upholstery material is filthy! Couldn't sit in the chairs...
Carpets need a proper clean.
Walls in the bathroom looks like they weren't cleaned in 2 years.
