About this apartment rental
Spacious holiday home with pool for max. 8 persons. Ideal for family holidays and great base to explore south Dalmatia and to visit Dubrovnik on everyday basis (ca. 12km away).
Inner surface is 200m2 + ca. 115m2 of terraces.
Apartment consists of first and second floor of the house.
Owner lives in separate apartment on the ground floor.
First floor: Living/dining area, kitchen, one bathroom
Second floor: bedrooms, two bathrooms
AMENITIES:
Spacious living room, dining room and fully equipped kitchen (kitchen utensils, cutlery, microwave oven, dish washer, refrigerator, stove, oven, coffee maker, kettle).
3 bedrooms; 2 with double bed, one with two single beds (can be placed together to make double bed)
Work room (4th bedroom) with convertible sofa bed for one + one folding bed (this one can be placed in one of the bedrooms too)
3 bathrooms with shower (one of them is private for master bedroom)
6 balconies/terraces (all with sea view);
- Two small balconies in front of the bedrooms with double beds
- 60m2 big terrace in front of the living and dining room with view to the sea, Elafiti Islands and St. Andrew's lighthouse, equipped with dining table in a shade and sunbeds
- Side terrace in front of the living room (towards the pool)
- Pool terrace with sunbeds
- Large terrace up from the pool with covered dining area and outdoor kitchen with BBQ
Amenities: TV SAT, DVD, Radio, Air condition in living room, dining room, hall, all three bedrooms and work room (8 units), Wi-Fi- free of charge, iron and ironing board, bath and pool towels, bed linen (to be changed after 7 day stay or on agreement), washing machine (situated in the bathroom on the second floor), hairdryer
Baby cot and high chair on disposal on request.

HOUSE RULES:
· Max. 8 persons (including children and babies)
· Pets are not allowed.
· Please turn off air conditioner and all electricity appliances when not in the house
· Please lock windows and doors when leaving the house.
The owner can not be held responsible for missing belongings.
· Please turn off air conditioner when windows or doors are open.
· Please do not enter wet from the pool into the house.
BILLIARD TABLE RULES:
• Billiard balls may only be used for playing billiards and on the billiard table
• Children are only allowed to use the table under adult supervision
• Please do not leave anything on the billiard table (towels, etc ...)
• Any damage that occurs (broken glass, broken floor tile, air conditioning,
closet, etc.) will be charged a flat fee of 400 € each
• For any kind of help please contact the owner.
POOL REGULATIONS:
· Swimming pool and swimming pool area is to be used on your own responsibility.
· Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult in the swimming pool area.
· No glass items of any kind permitted on the pool area. In case of the need to empty and clean the pool regarding broken glass the guests are obliged to cover the expenses.
· Shower before using the pool is obliged.
· Host is not responsible for any damages or injuries that might occur in the pool area.
· It is not allowed to dive or to jump into the pool.
· Please do not take pool towels to the beach
