Apartments Njiric

The apartman was super clean and spaceus It has market under and the sea and the beach is near.You just cross the road and take the stairs to the see.It has nice and big pool.It is clean but we were most of the time on the beach.The balcony has great view on the see.The host was really nice and helpful.Near apartman is bus station to go to Dubrovnik.It is only 10 min with the bus.We leave our car there.You have free parking.It was our first visit in the Zaton and we will come back next year for sure.

Zaton está cerca de 30 minutos al norte desde el aeropuerto de Dubrovnik y a unos 15 min del Old Town de Dubrovnik. Es un sitio de muy, muy fácil acceso, justo en la carretera principal. Hay pequeñas playas en la zona muy agradables para conocer. Ana fue amabilísima, se presentó personalmente y mantuvo contacto todo el periodo. Nos dejó bebidas y snacks a la llegada, un detalle especial. Acomodación excelente, nueva, muy limpia y organizada, con sitio privado para aparcar, además con la comodidad de tener abajo un mercado con todo lo que puedes necesitar y con una atención muy amable. A pocos metros también hay un restaurante muy bueno, Babilon. Recomendamos con seguridad la calidad de la acomodación y la atención recibida de Ana. Estupendo, como mínimo. No hay absolutamente nada por criticar. Solamente observar a parte que aparcar en Dubrovnik es caro y muy difícil en verano. Los parkings salen muy caros y hay zonas de restricción de tráfico, sobretodo en la parte antigua, con lo que hay que redobrar atención por las multas altísimas que se le pueden caer. A veces puede ser más prático o económico Uber o taxis que tentar aparcar (lejos) del Old Town y pagar muy caro (21 euros por aprox. 3h). Entonces hay que valorar el alquiler de coche si el destino es la ciudad.

Een mooi appartement met hele fijne bedden en een goede douche. Goed en laagdrempelig contact met de zeer vriendelijke hostess die ook een huurauto voor ons kon regelen. Duidelijke instructies van te voren waar we moesten zijn en waar we de sleutel konden ophalen. Daarnaast een supermarkt om de hoek waar je iedere dag vers brood kan halen. Verder een prima locatie om ook andere steden in de buurt te bezoeken en er zijn verschillende goede restaurantjes in de buurt aanwezig. Ook een mooi uitzicht over de baai vanaf het balkon. Het was elke dag heel rustig bij het zwembad en de kinderen hebben er heerlijk kunnen spelen.

Het verkeer over de weg vlakbij kan in de ochtend soms storend zijn.

Very clean and modern with everything we needed. The pool area is delightful and the bus stop is right outside to explore in either direction. The supermarket is very handy to have just downstairs. Anas suggestions of places to visit were very welcome on the not so nice days.
