Great relaxing short trip

I had a great stay at this property. My host Zeljka was so helpful and kind, her warm energy really made a positive difference on my trip. I traveled solo, and stayed in a 2bed 2 bath room, so I had more than enough space, but with the large living room and kitchen, I would definitely come back with friends as the space could comfortably fit 4+ people. The property is also a 10-15 min walk away from Coral Beach Club (cost 30-50 eur) and Copacabana beach (Free). I used Uber to get to the old town, because it is about an hour to hour-fifteen-min walk from the accommodations.

The apartment has two bathrooms, two terraces and is very spacious and cozy. The hosts were very friendly, and even willing to help us with our research. They shared the basic information about the transportation and stores via WhatsApp. The location is well connected with the center (bus). It was perfect for our stay there.

Top notch in a calm pattern of Dubrovnik.

Super nice staff that fixed so we could check in earlier and check out later. Baby bed and char for our toddler. The receptionist also helped to carry our refrigerator items in advance (before cleaning was done before us) and was very sweet. The apartment is super nice located, got everything it needs, beautiful view from balcony. Really recommend!!

Average to a little disappointed with outlook based off expectations set in advert photos

Being on the ground with carpark view when balcony with view was specified. Think photos a little misleading due to apartment allocation. Apartment is old and getting a little on the tied side. TV doesn’t allow any devices to be connected.

Great apartment for a family in Dubrovnik

Very quiet place to stay a few days. Location is great if you have transportation as you easily can reach most places in the neighborhood and the old town is best reached by taxi or bus. Efficient and friendly person welcoming us and handling questions. Walking distance from great beach and stunning views on the sea

The apartment has a stunning view of the sea and is very spacious! The hostess was very helpful and responded almost instantly. We had a great time and would recommend it to anyone!

Excellent!

The apartment was spotless and had everything you need. The big bonus for this apartment was the view from the balcony, overlooking the sea and mountains and in an ideal location to see the spectacular sunsets. The lady on reception was excellent (don't know how to spell her name so won't try). She was contactable all day and answered all our questions straight away. The airport transfer organised by the accommodation was very efficient, we were allowed to change our departure time at the last minute without any problems. You are within walking distance of beaches and the small town centre and harbour, which have all the facilities you need.

Quite a lot of building going on in the area but this has no impact on the Pervanovo apartment.

Host was very nice, we were delayed due to flight cancellation. She waited for us till evening and delivered the key and other details. Apartment was spacious and well maintained. There was no cleansing done during our stay

There was no cleansing done during our stay as it could be due to the reason we only stayed for 2 days. It is pretty far off from the Castle. You need to take the bus 6 which would take atleasy 15-20 mins to reach. The worst part is, those buses are over crowded and in the night you might have to take the taxi as you cannot even board the bus.

Beautiful view on terrace, specious and clean!

That was perfect for 7 people! 2 double beds, 4 single beds, 3 WC, shower, bath and the terrace. The last was most wonderful with sea view and sunset. Great hospitality and quick answers to all questions that we had.

None. Everything was so great that there is nothing what we could mention. We lived in the 3rd floor (we did not know) but with great view - cannot be better! Climbing for young family or older people could be an obstacle but for us was great and if needed there were other apartments in lower floors.

Overall comfortable stay with value for money

Descent Stay in Dubrovnik. We have hired two apartments considering a group of 9 adults. It was 15 min distance by car/ uber from city’s attractions- Dubrovnik wall. Rooms were good with well furnished bathrooms. Reception manager Zeljka was kind and supportive throughout our stay. Really impressed with friendly and supportive approach from all Dubrovnik people ( reception/ uber car drivers etc). Kitchen facilities were good.

This property was how I was hoping all our properties would be. We were met on arrival and had everything explained. Spacious and clean apartment, great (reserved) parking.

We could hear a bit of noise from the family in the apartment above, but it wasn't of major concern. Only local tv channels which appears to be standard for our Croatian stays.

I had an amazing stay in Dubrovnik! The apartment’s location was absolutely perfect—close to all the main attractions of Lapad, in a peaceful and relaxed area. The staff went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, providing helpful recommendations and always being available for any needs. The apartment itself was beautifully designed and equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Dubrovnik and would definitely stay here again!

Loved the home. Was in the middle of Lapad and was walking distance to the beach. Great living area and air conditioning in every room. We booked for 6 people as it was advertised as 3 bedrooms but there is a loft space with 2 beds so could fit 8 people.
