Pervanovo Apartments with Free Parking

The apartment was clean and comfortable. All basic amenities were present. The host met us to hand over keys and show us around. Living room as well as bedrooms had aircon, which was very comfortable since we were there in the peak summer. There was car parking in the premises, which was helpful, although we did not take the car to the old town. Uber was quite good there. There was also a bus stop at a walkable distance. The apartment was walkable from the Copacabana Beach, which had the floating aqua park. It was great for kids. Overall great stay.

We got a ground floor apartment, and had close to no view from the balcony. The outlook was mainly of bushes, which was a little disappointing compared to what we had hoped for.

Check in was smooth. Property manager was very kind and took time to familiarize us with everything. Parking is easy and there is a grocery store nearby.

Veranda is basically unusable as there is no shade. No drying rack for washing clothes, we had to make our own clothesline. This apartment could definitely be better furnished for the price we paid. I know Dubrovnik is expensive but this did not feel like good value.

Location

Being on the ground with carpark view when balcony with view was specified. Think photos a little misleading due to apartment allocation. Apartment is old and getting a little on the tied side. TV doesn’t allow any devices to be connected.
