Paul and Karen welcome you in a renovated house in the hope to welcome you at best for a few days of relaxation or rest.
splendid view at the back of the valley.
The rooms are spacious and very bright.
You can relax here after possible walks on foot or by mountain bike in the nearby villages.
Merlemont village is a quiet village located in the province of Namur close to Philippeville.
The small garden is located in low-cons of the house. Here you can drill down to the basement to have a barbeque.
Easy parking.
Close to the dams of the Eau d'Heure and karting des Fagnes.
A beer tour is offered.
Season mushrooms rides and meals of mushrooms reservation by the owner.

Ground floor:
Living room, living room, dining room, kitchen to bring: towels or dishcloths. A toilet.
1st floor:
Bedroom 3 single beds takeaway 3 fitted sheets 90/200, 140/200 duvet covers 3, 3 pillowcases;
1 double room takeaway 1 sheet or 2 fitted sheets 160/200 80/200, 200/200 1 duvet cover, 2 pillow cases.
Room 1 single takeaway: 90/200 1 fitted sheet, 1 duvet cover 140/200, 1 pillowcase.
A bathroom with two showers to bring: towels.
A toilet.

2nd Floor:
3 single beds that you can adjust to your liking. Bring: 3 fitted sheets 90/200, 140/200 duvet covers 3, 3 pillowcases.

Animals with the possible consent of the owner € 5 per day.

These costs are payable locally, they are not included in the rental price.

Deposit 250 € maximum return 14 days after departure.

Attention must bring your own sheets, duvet covers, pillow cases and towels / towels as described above.
Or warn the owner for € 8 per person extra.
