Fantastic host and accommodations. Niki welcomed us with olives from their orchard (best we've ever had) and a delicious cake with homemade apricot perserves. Niki is a wonderful cook. The most peaceful location, which was a 15 min walk to dinner, beaches & mini mart. A favorite part was sitting on the top balcony at night & spending time with the family. Even in August, the breezes made the balconies a great place to hang out between activities. The castle was big enough that each couple (4) could enjoy time to themselves without having to stay in their room. We enjoyed hiking, beaches, a monastery, and several churches.Had a great day in the city of Kalamata (20 minute drive). We had more planned, but opted to relax at the castle and beaches instead. Loved walking to dinner at night, great food, and a lot of places to choose from. As my daughter put it, the rating was a 10 within the first 15 minutes and went up from there the rest of the stay. Would love to return!
The driving made me nervous. But it did not bother the ones that drove in our group so we took trips to bakeries, coffee shops, and many other activities.

We were very pleased with our stay. The hosts were very nice and at our disposal.
The house is located on a hill and has a beautifull view. A lot of nice beaches are easy reachable with a car (less thatn 5min drive).
The House is a gem and was a big hit with our kids.. They are thrilled they have stayed at a 'castle'.
The pool is also great, it has a part that is schallow and therefore great for smaller children to get into the deeper part of the pool slowly and gain confidence.. Our 3 and 4 Year old Kids relaxed and learned to swim there in just few days. They didn't want to leave..
We would definitely recomend booking this house.
The upper parts of the House were pretty warm but there are AC units in every room...
The pool was desinfected with some kind of yellow powder that unfortunatelly coloured some of our white bathing suits before we realised and used only non white swimming suits thereafter..

Stunning home, has everything you will need, amazing hosts and a lot of privacy. Everything is close by if you know how to get there. Would highly recommended it for a family with young kids and it would be perfect for a friends group!
