Prachtig uitzicht over de zee (baai) bij Kalamatra. Parkeren voor de deur.

Ik boekte oa vanwege groot bed >210 dit was echter niet het geval. Je kan zelf koken maar de spullen die er staan vond ik niet erg fris. Op booking.com staat dat het geluidsisolatie heeft. Ook dat hebben wij echt anders ervaren. In de nacht blaffende honden. En je buren hoor je praten. Er staan stoelen buiten met heerlijke zitjes .aar het is wel oud en niet alles meer even stevig

A bit away from the main area in Kalamata, but close enough

We had a ground floor apartment which was very spacious, very quiet, had wonderful views of Kalamata Bay and the sunsets were amazing. The outside terrace was also spacious and the sunbeds, swinging seat and tables and chairs meant we could relax and dine outside whenever we chose. The host Maria and her Mum were very helpful and could not do enough for us during our stay. The apartment is set at the end of a long drive in a very peaceful and secluded location. It is in an elevated position and there are few facilities nearby so a car is a necessity. A perfect base for exploring the region or just lazing on the beaches nearby. Highly recommended.

Η τοποθεσία είναι εξαιρετική (7 χιλ από κέντρο Καλαμάτας) με απίστευτη θέα και ησυχία! Έχει ιδιωτικό πάρκινγκ (το πάρκιγν στην Καλαμάτα είναι ένα θέμα!). Οι ιδιοκτήτες ήταν ευγενέστατοι!! Το διαμέρισμα (ισόγειο με αυλή το συγκεκριμένο) είχε πολύ χώρο και ήταν πεντακάθαρο (σεντόνια, μπάνιο, κουζίνα). Υπήρχε πολύ καλό wifi και κουζίνα με πλήρη εξοπλισμό. Η αυλή ήταν υπέροχη (είχε και απλώστρα για τα ρούχα!) και μπορούσες να απολαύσεις την απίστευτη θέα στις καρέκλες και τις σεζ-λονγκ!! θα το επισκεπτόμουν ξανά χωρίς δεύτερη σκέψη!

Θα εξυπηρετούσε πολύ ένα πολύπριζο (για κινητά και laptop), ένα σίδερο/σιδερώστρα και ένα air condition στην κρεββατοκάμαρα (ή τουλάχιστον ένας ανεμιστήρας / βέβαια είχε air condition στο σαλόνι όπου μπορούν να κοιμηθούν 3 άτομα!). Και πάλι αυτά δεν μειώνουν τις παροχές του καταλύματος και την εξαιρετική του τοποθεσία! :) Θα το επέλεγα ξανά το κατάλυμα!
