Great location, center of town. Adjacent free parking. Well maintained. Helpful and responsive stuff.
We were caught by severe rain. The heaters in the apartment didn't work - despite a request from the staff. Air conditioning worked only partly.

This property exceeded my family's expectations. We traveled with a group of 8 adults, and it was spacious enough to keep us all comfortable. The showers provided hot water for multiple uses and were very clean. The private patio and hot tub were perfect for relaxing after a long day walking about the city. The complimentary snacks and wine were a surprise treat that was greatly appreciated. We also appreciated the informational details that provided important numbers, taxi services, and places to dine in at or carryout from.
This property was perfect for our family, and I don't have any suggestions for improvement. I will say the walk to Kalamata Beach took a little longer than we would have wanted, but we knew what the distance would be ahead of booking.

Perfect place for our group of 8. Very comfortable beds. Impeccably clean. Great central location. Easy walk to square or beach. Good outdoor space to chill in. Prompt friendly communication with host. Overall loved it.
Just missing a kitchen towel.
