The hotel is well located in terms of transport and the beach can be reached on foot. There are nice large terraces and beautiful view of the mountain and the sea from the upper level of the hotel. The staff is kind and friendly.

There wasn't like that compared to our expectations.

The room was clean.

We booked a large room for our family of three. However, when we arrived, we discovered that our room had been changed to a smaller one, with only one bed for two people. The sofa was extremely uncomfortable to sleep on. There was also no bedding provided for the third person and no towel. We sent a message immediately after arrival asking for at least one extra bedsheet, but we received no response at all. Only the day after we checked out did we receive a message saying that our room had been changed to a smaller one as an “upgrade.” In reality, it was clearly a downgrade. There was also no apology for failing to provide bedding and a towel for all three guests. We have never been treated like this anywhere in Greece before. In our experience, Greek hosts are usually very welcoming and genuinely care about their guests, which made this situation particularly disappointing. The view from the window was of a busy road and a parking lot.
