Had a wonderful holiday 2 adults 2 teens. 8 nights. Beautiful house in a gated community. Home from home, the house had everything you would need. Super clean.Great communication from Philippe & Nathalie upon check in and throughout the stay.Feeding the residant cat we loved! The pool was amazing & we were in it every day.Thank you for a relaxing holiday! We all loved it.

The property is a fantastic, tranquil oasis to wake up to or return to from a day sight seeing. The pool and gardens are incredible, and Philippe is a perfect host, taking the time to show you everything when checking in, keeping the pool clean and making check out easy. We will 100% return!

It was our family summer vacation(2 andult, 2 kids) and it was AMAZING stay on this Villa. Philippe and his family are really wonderful people, villa is very quiet and peaceful, there were everything we need in the villa- fully equipped kitchen(more than enough!), swimming pool w little crocodile floats and super comfy hammock, perfect bbq, cozy bedroom with big window in each room facing swimming pool, very specious indoor and outdoor space! We had a car and it’s very convenient go to Grasse, Antibes, St. Paul de Venice, easy to go around attractive Provence. Thanks for welcome us with Rose wine and grissini, very generous and nice host. We will definitely come back and sharing great experience with friends! 👍👍

We have just returned from a week in Mougins. It’s a great location with a short travelling distance by car to Cannes, Grasse, Nice, Valbonne etc. Great local shops and big supermarkets close by with everything you could need. The house itself is within a gated community which was quiet and felt very safe. The house was very clean and literally had every utensil/cooking equipment you’d need which was great as we ate dinner at home most evenings using the BBQ. Very spacious house especially with a 1yr old and 6yr old there was enough space for them to enjoy, all on 1 floor with no stairs which was a bonus with a very active 1yr old. They also provided us with a great travel cot! The pool was fantastic. Very clean, nice loungers, hammock and swinging chairs which the kids loved. There’s also a trampoline in the garden. The hosts, Philippe and Nathalie were very welcoming and always on hand should you need to ask anything. Overall we had a very relaxing stay in the house and are looking to return next summer!

We three friends had a fantastic stay in beautiful Mougins. The property and our hosts exceeded our expectations. Philippe and Nathalie were so welcoming and the house and pool were even better than the pictures in real life! The property has everything you could ask for. It is very clean and comfortable. The boulangerie is a 10 min walk and has the most wonderful bread, croissants and pastries. We had a friend to help us get around but if you don’t, a car might be advisable. An Uber to Cannes was around 30 euros and to Mougins village 17 euros. Although there is a nearby train station I believe. We’d highly recommend this property and would love to return one day.

We very much enjoyed our week in this home and appreciated Philippe and Nathalie’s flexibility to have us extend our reservation one more day. Wonderful layout with each bedroom having access to outside and a beautiful backyard where we spent most of the time relaxing by the huge pool or eating on the outside terrace. Philippe and Nathalie were the best hosts helping us get set up and offering suggestions for nearby restaurants and beaches. We were only a short drive to Cannes and did a couple of day trips to other places. Shopping is nearby including a great patisserie. A fantastic property I would highly recommend to others especially family with kids.

What a fantastic stay we had! The communication with the owners prior to our arrival was great. Philippe welcomed us and made check-in easy and friendly. The house is beautiful, with very large spaces, decorated with taste. It’s fully equipped with anything you would think of. Every room has a ceiling fan. The pool was the highlight of the property for all of us, and the hamac and trampoline were fabulous for the kids! The house is located in a secured gated community, with easy access to the beautiful towns nearby and the highways. The owners were always available when needed and shared nice recommendations on what to do in the area. We’d love to come back :)

We (4 adults) stayed for three nights - thanks to the flexibility of the owners Philippe and Nathalie. The house is lovely and easy to feel at home in. The kitchen is fully equipped which is great. We enjoyed using the garden grill instead of going out for dinner. The pool was a great hit and we were blessed with lovely weather. Philippe and Nathalie were extremely hospitable and accomodating. We can warmly recommend this house and would absolutely revisit the house and the area.

Wir durften kürzlich 2 Wochen im Haus von Philippe und Nathalie verbringen und waren restlos begeistert. Das Haus und insbesondere der Garten mit dem Pool sind ein Traum. Es war schwer, unsere Kinder wieder aus dem Pool zu bekommen 😉. Im wunderschönen Haus ist mit 3 Schlafzimmer genügend Platz. Sämtliche Küchen-und Haushaltsgeräte sind vorhanden. Die zentrale Lage ist perfekt für Ausflüge ans Meer oder die umliegenden Städte. Die Vermieter selbst sind wahnsinnig nett, geben proaktiv Tipps für Ausflüge und stehen bei Fragen jederzeit zur Verfügung. Wir kommen gerne wieder!!

Erg mooi huis, mooi zwembad, drie prima slaapkamers, twee nette badkamers en keuken met alles erop en eraan. De eigenaar zorgt voor een hartelijk welkom met goede uitleg. Is goed bereikbaar als je vragen hebt gedurende het verblijf. Het huis ligt op 20-25 min rijden van het strand van Cannes. Het oude dorp van Mougins is zeker een bezoek waard We hebben een hele fijne week gehad in een prima huis op goede locatie

Heerlijk en comfortabel huis van alle gemakken voorzien. Heerlijk zwembad met een fijn terras. Goed uitgeruste keuken en buiten bbq. Bedden prima! De eigenaren doen er alles aan om het zo fijn mogelijk te maken en zijn ontzettend vriendelijk. Top week gehad!

Liebevoll eingerichtetes Haus mit allem was man sich wünscht. Sehr gepflegt, Haus sowie Garten. Garten von Aussen nicht einsehbar mit Boule-Bahn, Trampolin und herrlichem Pool. Grösse ideal für uns, da wir 3 Generationen wunderbar unterbringen konnten. Gastgeber-Paar sehr angenehm, freundlich und zuvorkommend, jederzeit erreichbar bei Fragen und Problemen. Geben auch gerne nützliche Tipps. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten nah. Die unabhängige Katze vor Ort ist pflegeleicht und beehrte uns immer mal wieder mit einem kurzen Besuch. Alles in Allem ein Traum-Urlaub für uns.

Et skønt hus med nogle super søde værter. Der var alt hvad man skulle bruge i huset til en familieferie. Haven og poolen var virkelig dejlig og vi nød godt af den overdækket terrasse. Lidt varmt om natten da der ikke er air-condiition. Lidt støj fra nærliggende arbejdsplads men ikke super generende. Kan klart anbefales.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour ! La maison comme les extérieurs étaient parfaits et l'accueil des propriétaires très chaleureux. Nous avons grandement apprécié les équipements de la maison ainsi que literie très confortable, et nous avons passé d'agréables moments dans la magnifique piscine. Le potager était également très appréciable et nous avons dégusté d'excellentes tomates et figues. Le petit chat sur place était adorable et c'était un plaisir de le voir matin et soir pointer le bout de son museau. Merci à vous Philippe et Nathalie pour votre accueil et votre gentillesse ; nous ne manquerons pas de revenir chez vous lors d'un prochain séjour dans le sud!

A fantastic vaccation in a very nice villa with a loovely pool!

The villa is situated in a calm area outside the lovely village of Mougins. The hosts were very friendly and they did their very best to make our stay as good as possible! The house was perfect for a family of 5. Very well equipped with everything you need in a household and with a lot of toys and games. About 12 min walk to a nice bakery and several supermarkets within 5 minutes drive. About 30 min drive to several nice beaches. We spent a lot of time in the garden by the fantastic pool, which the family enjoyed a lot. We would realy like to thank the Samtmann family for your kindness and true hospitality! We already miss you and your lovely villa and we would like to come back to beautiful Mougins! ☺ The Christensen family
