The villa, pool and garden are true to photos and more. The pool is huge set in beautiful, peaceful gardens. The children loved the ball games and swing. The kitchen is very well equipped. Inside, the villa is really tastefully decorated and furnished. Stan and Celina are lovely hosts always there with information and advice. Mougins village nearby will remain one of my favourite places and eating places. The mountain views in the area are stunning. decorated and furnished.

The check-in was super easy, communication during our day very very friendly and efficient. We got recommendation for places along Côte Azure. Everything was super clean. We loved our stay! Stan was a great host who was very responsive to all our questions, and even made some dinner reservations for us. The pool was warm and clean, and has alarms which brought some peace of mind as we had young kids with us. Beautifully landscaped garden. The bedrooms all have AC so we slept well. Beds were comfortable. We cooked dinner a couple of nights and found the kitchen to be well equipped. There is a grill outside and a coffee machine. The location was perfect - a lovely quiet street (not that we could even see it as the property was fully fenced and gated) and we were about 15-20 minutes from all the cute little towns in the area. Thank you so much for having us and we hope to come again!

This is a great place to stay. Firstly, the pictures do not do it justice. We were blown away by the size of the apartment, the garden and the pool. It was spotlessly clean. Also, the couple who own it could not be more helpful. They were so welcoming and were very quick to respond to any questions we had or any minor problems. A fuse blew one morning but it was sorted within a half hour. Stan also came to check on us a few times to make sure everything was ok. There are plenty of towels & linen and the kitchen is well equipped for cooking. We used the BBQ outside a lot. We especially loved the big table outside which was covered but you still could experience being outside for breakfast, lunch and dinner. You are close to lots of restaurants, supermarkets and other shops. We would walk to the train station which was 35 mins although there is a big car park there so would only be 10 mins by car. We especially loved Mougins village which is only 10 mins by car. It was amazing. My husband and I came with our dog. Then my son and his partner joined us, as well as my daughter and her partner. There was plenty of space for all of us. They loved the apartment as much as we did. I would not hesitate to recommend this apartment. If we decided to come back to this area at some point, which I’m sure we will, then we will definitely try to book this apartment again. The description says it’s an apartment but it was more like a villa.

The accommodation was lovely and clean with two great bedrooms and one smaller twin bedded room. The bathrooms are really great and the kitchen well stocked. Our second visit to this wonderful property and just as excellent as the last visit. Stan keeps a beautiful property, everything you could possibly need for a relaxed stress free holiday, even down to Bulgari toiletries and a great hairdryer, fantastic BBQ, and such a well equipped kitchen. Beautiful pool and outdoor furniture to relax in, we didn’t want to move. Stan is such a lovely hospitable owner and nothing is too much trouble. Can’t wait for a third visit

Stan has the most wonderful holiday property. We often stay in this region and this home proved to be at the top of its game. The bathrooms are gorgeous, kitchen has everything you need, comfortable furnishings, the outside is wonderful with a great pool, it was just so relaxing to sit out on the beautiful terrace in the evenings and enjoy the local produce. We were here for 9 nights and it has flown by. Stan is such a lovely gentleman and very courteous and caring. Highly recommend this super home.

A beautiful and well equipped villa in fantastic private grounds. Main and second bedrooms and huge main en suit bathroom were particularly impressive and a great utility room too! The kitchen was very well equipped and lovely open layout made cooking a pleasure. Outdoor dining and seating perfect with good sun or shade as needed and the grounds/pool were lovely and private. Importantly, Stan, our host, was so very helpful and made us extremely welcome but gave us complete privacy. We would definitely love to come back soon. Thanks again Stan! Sarah and family

Lovely ground floor property offered in nice condition set within a gated plot. The property is ideal for families our friends sharing with a spacious lounge open plan kitchen and fabulous master bedroom suite. We had a great time and the owner Stan is a very charming man.

Dear Stan and Martine, thank you for the splendid holiday you gave us during our stay in your beautiful home! The two small families of 6 persons were all very positively surprised when entering this sheltered little paradise outside Cannes. The beautifully kept garden and stylish house provided a perfect frame for our vacation, where breakfast and dinners were taken in the nicely shaded patio in front of the swimming pool. The location is perfectly suited for travellers arriving by car, and a carport inside the fenced area of the property was provided for us during our stay. The house is located some 10-15 min drive fro downtown Cannes and the sea, and several shops are within easy driving distance for daily supplies of food etc. The owners had prepared a small guide with information about trips, restaurants, shops, etc in the area, in addition to arranging boat trips with their rib upon request. The 6 of us had a great experience together with Stan and his boat, and would gladly recommend this option also to other guests. We hope to be able to visit you again another time!

Thank you dear Stan and Martine for our stay in your beautiful house! The pictures do not do the house justice because when you walk in, it is like beeing inside an home styling magazine:) Here you really find EVERYTHING you need, large outdoor area with lots of furniture and relaxing areas, nice fresh water pool, cosy and stylish bedrooms with great beds and flatscreen TV´s, amazing kitchen with all you need (even made our professional chef happy:)) and all bedrooms have a private bathroom with that WOW feeling. The house is very private and secure with high surrounding walls and and a large gate, car parking is inside so you don´t need to worry about your car. The owners are sooo nice and service minded, they will help you if you have questions or problems. Food stores are close by and it´s not far to go anywhere on the Riviera. If we go back we would not even think of booking another house.

Dear Stan, Thanks again for the perfect stay at your home. The location is great - close to Nice, Antibes, Cannes and much more. Also visit Gorge du Verdon though 1-1,5h away. The house is superb. It was even better than on the pictures. The interior design is tastefull and upmarket and everything is very new. But even more we liked the "living space". The kitchen and living room merged with the comfortable outdoor seating and dining area / covered terrace which then continued into the open terrace and pool and garden. As we visited with infant and grandparents there was a spot for everybody (shade, sun, pool, indoor) while everybody was in the same "living space" and could enjoy the time together. There was always a nice soft breeze so the days were quite enjoyable. As the house was so nice, we stayed every second day and had less excursions in the area then planned - we need to come back again! In 5 minutes drive by car you can find all supermarkets, shops, bakeries, etc. Overall I can say that it was a fantastic vacation at a fantastic house. My family (5 adults + 1 infant) liked it very much. Finally, thanks for your hospitality Stan. You were always available for advice on excursoins and for sure we enjoyed the boat trip! A Perfect Vacation

Our family of five (from New Zealand) together with one grandparent (from Holland) had an excellent vacation staying at this wonderful villa. It was memorable in so many ways 1) the villa has been recently fully renovated so everything is new and modern 2) the outdoor living is superb -very peaceful and spacious with a large choice of outdoor furniture 3) the pool is excellent - approx 28C and the family were always playing in and around the pool 4) the location is great - between Cannes and Grasse and 2 minutes from the local villages which all have good services and facilities. The owners stay on site which is added bonus - you don't know they are there but are available if necessary. On the first morning they delivered fresh local breads and gave us a tour of the local village and best spots for groceries and services. We did a number of visits to key locations such as Monaco and St Tropez - all very assessable by car. Martine and Stan are so friendly and hospitable we even had drinks and dinner with them one night - it was very enjoyable and we got the opportunity to practice our French. Our children enjoyed our stay so much they wanted to stay for a whole year. The web site is very accurate and next time we come to the Riviera we will stay here again.

We spent 10 relaxing days with our family at Stan’s beautiful house. We had the whole lower floor to our selves including the big garden and pool. The friendly host was available for all questions via phone, otherwise we barely noticed we were not alone in the house. The area is very quiet and perfectly located to explore beaches and cute cities in the area of Cannes and Antibes. We enjoyed the relaxed days with BBQ, table tennis and the amenities also very suitable for small children (e.g. security alarm for the pool, children’s room…) We would definitely come back again!

We were completely happy with our week at the villa. The house was very clean, it’s very nicely decorated and furnished with an eye for details and both the house and the garden are even more spacious than the photos suggest. The pool is very large and beautiful. Stan was a very good host, very helpful and even organized a boat trip to the islands near Cannes for us. The house is in a very nice and quiet neighborhood and the coast, Cannes, Nice etc. are easily accessible by car. All in all highly recommended and we’d be happy to return.

My family and I have just spent 2 weeks in Stan's fabulous apartment. The photos don't really do it justice - it is absolutely beautiful. It is wonderfully furnished and very well equiped. The swimming pool is superb and there are plenty of sun loungers and outside seating. Stan is the perfect host - quick to sort things out and never instrusive. The villa is about 1.5 kms from the village of Mouans-Sartoux, which has some very nice restaurants. It's about a 5 minute drive to Mougins, which is beautiful and also has good restaurants and bars. We rented his boat for a day and that was great fun. His nephew, Elliot, took us out to the islands near Cannes where we could swim in beautifully clear water. We also had a lovely lunch at one of the restaurants. It was a very peaceful and enjoyable day. Overall, we had a terific time and would highly recommend Stan's apartment.

Thank You Stan and "Sixty" for an amazing family holiday vacation!! My family and I spent 9 days at this lovely Villa and soaked in French culture with the locals as well as driving to nearby Cannes, Grasse, Nice, Monaco, St. Pauls de Vence, Tourettes Sur Loup, Eze, and many other lovely old and Medieval villages/towns. Stan was so kind and helped us in any way he could when ever he could!! He even gave us some delicious homemade jam from one of his Khaki trees. The property is so very lovely with banana, olive, fig and other Japanese fruit trees. Our only regret was not staying longer!! Thank you so much Stan, Annie, and Sixty for making our trip wonderful!!! Great location and owner!! Hope to see you again soon!

Dear Stan! Thank you for a wonderful stay in Your house. The house and garden were both Perfect and even if we were 2 grownups and 5 youths we had a lot of Space both in- and outside. The house and garden were so clean and delicate! We visited Cannes, Antibes and Monaco during our stay. We went by train from Mouans-Sartoux. The trainstation is abt 20 min walking from the house, so no problem to walk and train-connection was good. Only 3 days away from the house, that was all we did since we had no need to leave the house were the kids could play in the pool and play football in the garden. We are also so greatful for the service you gave us during the 2 weeks. Both you and your house is 5-star :-) I think I always will miss Your garden and the silence there! And I really hope that we can be able to rent Your house again! La villa est très agréable, la piscine très grande, l'équipement au top, la deco raffinée et les propriétaires très sympa et toujours disponibles. Beaucoup d'espace, idéal pour 6 personnes (2 couples et 2 enfants). Nous esperons revenir une prochaine fois.
