Villa, south facing, in a very quiet area with open views over the medieval village of Valbonne without vis-à-vis. You are a 10 min walk from the village (1km). Equipped with four bedrooms. A room on the ground floor with its room of shower and toilet. 3 rooms on the floor among which 1 with its room of shower. 1 bathroom with large bathtub. Upstairs you have a separate toilet. On the ground floor: a large living room overlooking the private pool secure 5 x 10 m (heated in October, November and April, May, mid-June) and the village of valbonne with bay window 16 * 9 th. The living room is equipped with a video projector with a motorized screen. You can watch a movie, watch TV or admire your photos on a 2.70m screen. A kitchen equipped with counter. A chimney with insert, an office and a toilet. Outside: A terrace of 40 m2 and a paving of 60 m2 around the swimming pool always with a clear view. 6 sun loungers, two outdoor tables with 2 * 6 chairs, a Weber barbecue and a plancha.
