Lovely villa just outside of Grasse town. Outside pool/kitchen area amazing. Met on arrival by the lovely Sylvie and got to practice my French. Bottle of rose wine in fridge too! Perfect location to explore Antibes/Cannes/Nice/St Paul de Vence/Mougins. Great communication with owner too - thank you Pascal!

This is a lovely villa from which to explore the area and especially beautiful Grasse, the home of perfumery. Also good for trips to Cannes and Antibes. The communication with Pascal was very prompt and helpful.The villa is well equipped and the air conditioning worked well especially for the bedrooms. The pool is freshwater and wonderfully refreshing in the heatwave we experienced. Nice view across the valley with Mougin in the distance. We enjoyed the BBQ area near the pool and the shade from the olive tree. A few touches would really help such as pool towels (we used our bath towels) and more lounger cushions. A supply of bin liners and dishwasher tablets would save guests having to buy their own. There is some noise from the motorway but the immediate area is tranquil. Excellent Boulangerie is a short drive for daily bread etc. Huge Leclerc nearby with easy access.

We had the most wonderful trip to Grasse; the villa is just stunning with a gorgeous outdoor area and swimming pool. The villa ticked all the boxes and was even better in real life than in the photos. The area is just stunning; we made several trips to various places including Mougins, Valbonne, and St Paul de Vence and our last day we spent in Nice. All the places were stunning and well worth visiting.All in all a fantastic week, and we would highly recommend both the villa and the area.

This is a wonderful house. We were just two in the house, but it would comfortably accommodate larger groups. The house is built and equipped to a very high standard. The location provides easy access to the beach cities and also to Mougins. We had a great time and hope to be able to return some time.

We stayed for 2 weeks at Pascal's villa and we loved every minute. The villa is beautiful with everything you could need for your stay - upon arrival there was a vase of flowers and a bottle of wine in the fridge - much appreciated!! The villa has electric gates, so you feel secure at all times. The location is nice and peaceful, and yet only 5-10 minutes to supermarkets etc. The beaches are only a short drive away and are lovely. The garden and pool area is fantastic - plenty of sunbeds and seating, and shaded areas to escape the sun. The view across the valley from the villa and pool is stunning. There is a full kitchen area in the garden, including fridge freezer, dinner set and cutlery, dishwasher, and Webber BBQ - perfect for evenings by the pool. The infinity pool is beautiful - a lovely temperature and plenty big enough for our group (2 adults + 4 teens of 15/16). We had 1 "problem" (if you can call it that) - on our first day one of the gas bottles ran out. We contacted Pascal and within 30 minutes the bottle had been changed for a full one - excellent service and communication! We would definitely recommend this property to anyone, and would love to revisit in the future.

The pool is stunning with a beautiful view. The House is very clean and with all you need in appliances - both for inside kitchen and the outdoor kitchen. Good furnitures at the pool. And a House in very nice condition. We give the warmest recommendations for this place - absolutely stunning.

Fantastic villa and host. Communication with Pascal was excellent during booking and throughout our stay. The villa is lovely and exactly as described, with everything you would expect and need for a family holiday. Very good and safe parking. The pool and view are a highlight. Shops and restaurants are not really within walking distance so a car is definitely recommended - we found that the Paddock restaurant is one of the best nearby. All of the major coastal cities like St Tropez, Antibes, Nice and Monaco are within easy driving range. But the villa is also well placed to visit other inland destinations.
