Location is amazing and the property itself is so spacious and comfy. It has everything you would need to feel like your home.
Some of the features are dated and kitchen drawers starting to stick. But everything was in good working order.

Location
Front door lock wouldn’t lock from outside sometimes. Front door had half of additional lock, was missing part on door to complete lock. Front door looked like someone kicked it open. Found food wrappers in drawers. Water in showers was ALWAYS hot, could not cool water temperatures. Comforter in master bedroom had dried toothpaste on it and sheets had black stains all over them. Floor in master bedroom had brown stains near patio doors. Bathroom exhaust fan would not come on.

The location is excellent - very convenient and close to the beach. The area is beautiful and perfect for enjoying Siesta Key.
The furniture and appliances feel quite worn. The biggest issue was the bedding and towels - they are very old and noticeably worn out. Updating the bed linens and towels would significantly improve the overall feeling of cleanliness and comfort. Guests are asked to wash the towels, but it seems some previous guests may not have washed them properly. The sofas also did not feel very clean, which made it less comfortable to relax.
