Siesta Key Beach House

This rental is in a great area, feels completely safe. Close to the beach and waterway and shopping/dining but doesn’t have that congested busy feeling like some areas do. The villa itself is roomy and clean.

Nice house in a pretty nice community. The shower pressure was great, had a great air conditioner.

The property wasn’t as clean as it should’ve been. Utensils were dirty, pans looked like they were just used and needed scrubbing. Some bedding had stains, pillows were flat. Woke up with headaches.

We loved the location. Was very nice size and really nice size rooms.

The pool was really dirty and way too hot. We could not get living room tv to work. Notified contact given to be told it was working, but tv fire stick would not work. Also, when trying to lock door sometimes the lock button would not lock when pushed. Received text from contact that we did not have to put code in to lock the door when we were not even trying to enter the code. They spy on you through ring camera and assume without asking. Had to only use little bedroom tv to watch since that was the only one that worked.

The location is excellent - very convenient and close to the beach. The area is beautiful and perfect for enjoying Siesta Key.

The furniture and appliances feel quite worn. The biggest issue was the bedding and towels - they are very old and noticeably worn out. Updating the bed linens and towels would significantly improve the overall feeling of cleanliness and comfort. Guests are asked to wash the towels, but it seems some previous guests may not have washed them properly. The sofas also did not feel very clean, which made it less comfortable to relax.
