Unit 334 - Updated Bayside Condo, steps from the Bay & Pool | Our second floor condo is meticulously maintained. A two bedroom, two bath, very open unit with a remodeled and stocked kitchen that flows into the living areas. There are many updated features throughout and amenities to please for an enjoyable and relaxing vacation. We have tile throughout the main living areas, entry and kitchen, with carpet in both bedrooms. | The master bedroom is nicely appointed with a new 2019 King-size bed, mounted 32" flat screen TV, en-suite style bathroom with tub/shower combination and a set of sliding-glass doors that open onto the balcony/lanai. | The guest bedroom is updated and offers room for an active group! (2) Full beds, with (1) Twin-upper bunk which were purchased in May 2019, another 32" flat screen TV and en-suite bathroom with large vanity and tub/shower combination. | The living room is open with plenty of natural light provided by the second set of sliding-glass doors that bring you onto the balcony/lanai. There is a mounted 50 inch flat screen TV and two leather sofas for comfort and easy living. Upgraded free Wifi throughout. The kitchen has been remodeled and has granite counter tops and is fully furnished with lots of pots/pans. The dining table is large and comfortably seats 6 people. Our condo has gone through many updates in the six years we have owned it with new furnishings and annually painted throughout. We are located on the inter-coastal side of the property, with a short 5-7 minute walk through the property to reach the private beach. Our home is very clean with all of the amenities you would look for! For your added convenience towels and linens are provided, even beach towels! Our beds are premium beds for further comfort and the condo is family friendly and ready for what a great vacation has to offer.

We stayed mid June. It was such beautiful weather. The condo was clean and as described. I would recommend any condo at Palm Bay to anyone looking. The facilities are well kept, pools are nice and the beach is beautiful. We love every year we visit Palm Bay.

Came down with our two grandsons. We love The Palm Bay Club, location, pools and beach. The grounds were beautiful as always. The master bedroom needs a new mattress very uncomfortable. There were stains on the carpet as well and sliding glass door was very hard to open and close. With that being said it was fine for what we were looking for, just not up to what we have come to expect from the location. Would we come back yes we would I am sure after the hurricane that nothing is going to be perfect. The front office, security and grounds cleaning staff were great. The kitchen had everything you would need and couches were comfortable.

Condo was nice King bed not the best had plenty of towels and space the kitchen had everything we neededhad a leak in the master bathroom ceiling woke up to water all over the floor and almost fell waking in not sure where all the water was coming from would not stay again during spring break condos below us were very noisy until 1:00 am and you could hear everything in the main bedroomoverall great location to the pool short walk to the beach and felt safe due to the security driving around the condos Cons would be no restaurants close by you either have to have your own vehicle or take the trolley or the green bus plan on waiting in lines in the evening and when they stop hope they had room for you to get on

When we checked in. 2 lights burned out in 2nd bathroom. Shower valve in 2nd BR had to be replaced and the sliding glass door in living room was off the track. Carpet in 2nd BR stained and looks terrible. Maintenace did a good job repairing all. Need a way to control how long people can reserve chairs & lounges at the pool. People put towels on chairs & lounges and never show up for hours. One day 3 people had 4 lounges and 4 chairs with a towel on ever one of them. No other people showed up. There were no other chairs to be had. How about putting up some signs up stating chairs and lounges and only be saved for 30 minutes. If no one shows up they must be released for other people to use. BE CONSIDERATE! 2nd year the hot tub has not worked correctly. Water only flows out of 1/3 of the jets.
