About this apartment rental
This first floor 2-bedroom 2-bathroom condominium is located on the Bay side of our property. The Bay side has a pool, hot tub and charcoal grills. It is also a very short stroll to the Gulf side part of our property which has another pool, two tennis courts and our white sandy beach. This unit has accommodations for six guests. The comfortably decorated master bedroom is furnished with a king size bed with a 40" flat screen HD TV, and the guest bedroom has two full size beds with a 40" flat screen and the living room has a sofa and loveseat with a 50" flat screen HD TV for your entertainment. The master bathroom and the guest bathroom each have a tub/shower combination with grab bars. The spacious kitchen has granite counter tops and is fully equipped with all the items you need for cooking - pots/pans, dishes, utensils, toaster and a coffee maker. The condo is completely tiled throughout. There is also a comfortably furnished outdoor patio that can be used by you and your family to enjoy our warm tropical breezes.

The weather was a perfect 75-80 degrees for the two-week period. Palm Bay Club has been a favorite location for our family for 20 years. The location is perfect. The unit was "ok" but in need of a refresh - bathrooms were dated and rough - the rest was good. Could have used a beach umbrella so we bought one and left it in the closet for the next family.

We love Palm Bay Club! The unit was roomy with two large couches to accomodate company, and it had everything we needed. Clean, great location, terrific amenities! Highly recommend.

Property is in an excellent location, beautiful walk to the bay and beach. Condo furniture needs updating, beds are hard and squeaky, sofas needs deep cleaning or replacement. Appliances seem brand new, plenty of bathroom and beach towels provided. Musky smell to room, plug ins could help with this, ac worked well.
