About this apartment rental
This renovated first floor 2-bedroom 2-bathroom condominium is located on the Bay side of our property. The Bay side has a pool, hot tub and charcoal grills. It is also a very short stroll to the Gulf side part of our property which has another pool, two tennis courts and our white sandy beach. To comply with the Sarasota County Fire Code, our two bedroom units sleep a maximum of six people. The comfortably decorated master bedroom is furnished with a king size bed with a 42" flat screen TV, and the guest bedroom has two full size beds . Both bathrooms are newly-renovated, while the master has a walk-in shower and the guest bathroom has a tub combo. The modern kitchen has granite counter tops and is fully equipped with all the items you need for cooking - pots/pans, dishes, utensils, toaster, a standard coffee maker as well as a Keurig machine. This unit is not equipped with an ice maker. This condo does not have a landline in the unit. The condo has tile and wood laminate flooring in the bedrooms. There is also a comfortably furnished outdoor patio that can be used by you and your family to enjoy our warm tropical breezes.

First time visiting Siesta Key and loved it! I'll definitely return and would stay at the Palm Bay and the same unit. Everything was as pictured, clean and accommodating. I enjoy staying on the bayside and it is a little bit of a walk to the beach, but I didn't mind.Grounds were very clean as well as the beach. People were very friendly and the trollies were so easy to use to get around. Highly recommend this area and property!

Great location next to the canal and the beach. The swimming pool and hot tub on the canal side was a pleasant surprise with amazing views. Tennis/pickle ball courts and fitness centre were fantastic for the non-beach times. Our condo was clean and comfortable. Beds are high quality. Only issue was cooking pans and utensils need to be updated. Great location with private beach access and property management ensured we had a great stay! Highly recommended Palm Bay Club!

Our family stayed at two of the condo’s for a family vacation. Beach was great and the property felt safe and secure. Our unit seemed outdated a bit and not as nice as the other one.

"C" I recommend that anyone who stays at PBC make sure that the owners of the condo stay they themselves when visiting Siesta Key. This unit was someone's investment property only. Very few amenities. No ice trays, foam rubber bedding, sliding screen door didn't work, furniture looked like it came from a second hand store, etc.
