This spacious large ground floor corner unit is just steps away from the pool, hot-tub, fishing pier and poolside BBQ's. One of the few units with an incredible direct view of the bay and pool. Voted the #1 beach in the USA, Crescent Beach, with it's beautiful quartz sand which looks and feels like powdered sugar, is just a short walk through the Palm Bay Resort. Beach lounge chairs and umbrellas are provided for you at the beach.
This condo easily sleeps 6 with a king size bed in the master bedroom, two double beds in the second bedroom, and a queen size pull-out couch.
Fully furnished kitchen with all new appliances. Free wireless internet, 42" TV in the living room and a 32" TV in the master bedroom. Puzzles, board games and books are provided in the unit. Nicely decorated with a coastal theme, this condo is perfect for a beach vacation!

We had an amazing time at this location. The condo was clean, the location was great, and the resort was awesome. We were right on the bay and walking distance to the beach.

Condo was well equipped and in the perfect location for us to enjoy the pool. We really appreciated the beach wagon to help us haul things we needed to and from the beach. Would stay here again!

The condo was very nice and roomy. Great location across from the pool and bay. The host answered my questions in a timely manner. Several swimsuits were "ruined" by drastically fading them in the hot tub. This was not only myself but guests in other units had the same experience. I did let management know. To use the exercise room a deposit of 40 in cash is needed to gain access. The money is returned to you when the key card is returned to the front desk. A laundry app is needed and you add a minimum of 10 at a time. To wash clothes is 3 and to dry clothes is 2. I did have to run the dryer 2 times to totally dry the clothing so it was 4. This is reflective of The Palm Bay Club not the host of this unit. Overall we enjoyed our stay and the beach is absolutely beautiful. The trolley is very accessible to get to the village. .

We booked a 3-day stay over the Christmas holiday and the unit has a wonderful view of the pool and bay. While the kitchen was well appointed, the dishwasher was broken. The mgr was prompt in her response, but wasn't resolved during our stay. No washer/dryer in the unit & tiny master bathroom. Overall, a decent stay.
