About this apartment rental
This second floor spacious 3-bedroom 2-bathroom bay front condominium is located on the Bay side of our property. There is a seven night minimum stay required for rental of this unit, no exceptions. The Bay side has a pool, hot tub and charcoal grills. It is also a very short stroll to the Gulf side part of our property which has another pool, two tennis courts and our white sandy beach. To comply with the Sarasota County Fire Code, our three bedroom units sleep a maximum of eight people. The comfortably decorated master bedroom is furnished with a king size bed, one guest bedroom has a queen size bed, the third front bedroom has a full size bed and a twin size bed, plus there is a twin sofa bed in the unit. All bedrooms are equipped with 32" flat screen TV's, while the living room has a 42" flat screen TV with HD TV service for your entertainment. The guest bathroom has a walk- in shower and the master bathroom also has a walk- in shower with a shower seat for convenience. The open kitchen is fully equipped with all the items you need for cooking - pots/pans, dishes, utensils, toaster and a coffee maker. The condo has tile throughout. This unit has a large terrace overlooking the Bay with breathtaking views.

Thought the end unit would be a great view to the bay, but the windows are so high that you can’t see out when you sit down. The kitchen was only stocked with a few items. Some Larger bowls,Tupperware cheese grater, and a soup pot would be helpful. The beds were comfortable. Kind of strange not having a public bathroom, as the third bedroom needed to come into our bedroom to go to the bathroom.

We stayed 8 days in this unit with our adult son, daughter-in-law, and their three children. This was in November after Hurricane Milton, and was booked last minute after our original booking at another property cancelled due to damage. We were thrilled to find it. The unit was as described and depicted on the website. What we really liked about the unit: very close to bayside pool and fishing dock, large spacious unit with plenty of seating, view of pool & bay. What we didn’t like: strange layout with the two bathrooms each in one of the bedrooms (no bath entrance from the common areas, and if in the third bedroom, you have to go into another bedroom to use the facilities), it was a LONG walk to the beach (about .3 miles) and you have to cross a busy road to get there. You can drive and park closer which we did.

Based on the description, we did not know that both bathrooms were located in bedrooms. If we knew this, we would not have booked this condo. Also, the balcony is beautiful but does not have any lights so it could not be used when the sun went down. Super disappointing. We did leave an umbrella and digger so the next renters could enjoy it on the beach.
