We had a wonderful stay! The property was super clean and spacious, had everything we needed, and was conveniently located near the shuttle stop.

Ideal location for bayside pool. Easy walk to the beach. Kitchen was updated and nicely stocked. Even had a brand new refrigerator installed day before arrival. Bathrooms were clean but need some updating. Overall a great stay!!

During our stay the refrigerator/freezer was not working. Reached out to management to inform them of the situation. A repair company was sent out in a timely manner but it was unable to be repaired. A new refrigerator needed to be purchased. After communication was provided to management about the size and dimensions of the refrigerator communication stopped. We were never informed on the status of the new refrigerator/freezer. Went the week using coolers and ice to keep items cold enough so we did not loose the food we purchased. Even though the turn around for a new refrigerator could not happen during our stay, communication would have been nice. No communication about making it right either.
