Posizione centrale, molto insonorizzato, tutti gli elettrodomestici importanti presenti, internet alta velocità, host molto disponibile e cordiale, aria condizionata, supermercati e mercato frutta e verdura vicini, spiaggia Baluota ( scogli cementati e scalette per accedere al mare) molto vicina, pieno di ristoranti, locali e negozi nella zona.
tavolo cucina troppo grande (difficoltà a spostare le sedie) e appartamento non usufruibile per chi ha problemi di deambulazione per posizione casa e scale.

Great location! Grisia is the main street in the old town of Rovinj, leading directly up to the church at the top of the town. If carrying luggage, best to use the street behind (Garzotto) which has no stairs. The apartment is large enough for 2 people. It had everything for a stay including dishwasher and washing machine, with detergent for both.
There was an oversight as there was no toilet paper at the property on arrival, but our host got some delivered straight away. We couldn't get the TV in the living room to work (the one in the bedroom worked fine). It would have been good to have a chopping board in the kitchen.

La posizione è ottima, l' host è reattivo e socievole, l' appartamento è sufficientemente spazioso per due persone. Si trova a due passi dalla spiaggia di Rovigno, un' esperienza complessivamente positiva.
