Host was great. When we arrived he was there and offered help as where to go, what to visit and showed us the apartment. Also, location is really good - 10minutes from Colosseum and same from metro (Manzini).
It was a bit cold especially when heating was off. Furniture is quite used.

We had a wonderful stay at the Colosseum Confortabile Apartment from November 8–11. The apartment was exactly as described — clean, spacious, and very comfortable for our group of four. The beds were cozy, the kitchen was well equipped, and everything was spotless. The location couldn’t be better — just a short walk to the Colosseum and close to restaurants, cafes, and public transport. Despite being so central, the apartment was quiet at night, allowing us to rest well after long days of sightseeing. Our host Francisco was exceptionally kind and responsive, providing clear check-in instructions and great local tips. We really appreciated the warm welcome and attention to detail. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Rome. It truly felt like a home away from home! 🇮🇹✨

Localização perfeita, perto dos principais pontos turísticos da cidade, com bons restaurantes a poucos passos, com Coliseu a 2 quarteirões. Sobre café da manhã pergunta não se aplica.
Nada. Foi tudo muito bom. O problema de Roma são os táxis. Muito difíceis em qualquer lugar da cidade. Bom conhecer as linhas de metrô.

Within walking distance to all attractions, hop on/hop off bus & restaurants Francesco (the host) was AMAZING!!
Really missed a shelf in the shower to put shampoo, soap & razors on
